I have an opportunity at a new life now thanks to the entire staff at the ARC. The collaboration from Therapist to Behavioral Health Techs and Recovery Support Specialist was exceptional. Great people at the beginning but once your in the detox part the nurses or whatever don't seem to care much.. I was put in a room solo and started feeling sad and depressed and I often tested the employees there in the detox program and did not pass not one test that was given by me I was there to observe if the program is at the standards that should be met and I believe that they are not met, there are great people there but once you go into the detox seems like those people they're there for a check not to help it sucks that when it comes to Rehabilitation programs that will only except access

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I admitted my husband here for detox and residential. The staff is HORRIBLE. Very rude and inconsiderate. Addicts are humans too and do not deserve to be treated like animals. Also his bag was taken to get “searched” and clothing and money was missing when it was returned. The rooms are very out of date and did not even have working air. What a disgrace of a facility and sad for those who go here actually seeking recovery. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED REHAB I RECOMMEND BUENA VISTA BY ORACLE

My experience was awesome it saved my life, literally. If it wasn't for the IOP program at this rehab I wouldn't have my life back like I do today. All the staff in IOP were amazing, Katy, Emilee, Annie, Chris, Dustin, and Ray the IOP manager helped me get my life back on track. I give this place the highest of highest stars and 200% recommend this place and especially the IOP program. I had a wonderful experience at the ARC. I was in residential treatment for 30 revs and in IOP for 2 months. While in IOP, Katie was the best caseworker I have ever had in treatment and I have been in treatment 8 times.. Katie works tirelessly with all the clients in IOP. Katie took care of all my needs and never said no to me. She treated me with dignity and respect which made my experience unparalleled to any other. I would not be the person I am today without Arizona Rehab Campus. My time there was truly a positive life changing experience that I will remember for the rest of my life! The staff is incredible. They really go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, safe and properly taken care of. Katy in particular is amazing! She really goes the extra mile to help people and is always there when you need her! She went out of her way to make sure I had my medications and other things that I needed for my health condition! Ray is also someone that deserves his flowers. He really loves what he does
