Critical: Professionalism, Quality
They are always doing loud, annoying work literally every week since I moved in 3 months ago. Also apartment is so poorly designed, how can you build a master bedroom with a door that gets stuck on the door to the master bathroom? Appliances are cheapest possible and bad.

The apartment here is ok however it's old and appliances need to be upgraded especially for the absurd rent we are paying feels like living in 5th Avenue New York City! I don't like when maintenence have keys to our apartments its risky if something goes wrong as well. Good thing is they will fix up the place if something is broken but still need to fix their road its falling apart and stop increasing the rent after the contract up!

I have been living here since I moved to NY. The apartment is really the top choice in this Corning-Horseheads area. They have a safe and nice community, a clean, beautiful, and quiet living environment, really awsome convenient furnished everything in the apt. Most importantly, people in the leasing office are incredibly nice and considerate, they help the resident on every question efficiently and provide all convenient support for residents. I feel like the apartment here is just like home.

The location is perfect. Close to everything, airport, mall shopping, restaurants, medical support, etc. You will need access to transportation to make use of the local services. The apartments are decent for what you pay for. The amenities that come with the rental are good. The staff make sure you get good service. When something breaks, it gets fixed fast.

Where do I even begin? If you're okay with paying an ever-increasing monthly rent that literally causes mouths to drop (I speak from experience), then make sure you can also stomach living directly beside an airport - with paper thin walls, a pool that is rarely open and comes with a long list of rules (surprise! you are charged $5 per guest), a hot water heater that is so noisy it would wake me up, and let's not forget the outdated interior design. You are not permitted to paint the WHITE walls which, in combination with the white countertops, linoleum, and cheap, tan carpeting, create an ambience
