Reoccurring monthly charge of $67 for a year of once a month hour massages or $90 for 90 minute massages. Although we are limiting human-to-human contact, we are still open for your housing needs! The process to get to rent an apartment was ver easy. The young lady in the office is very nice and will be glad to help when needed. She also is there when we need to talk and has been a very big help to our moving in. I give her A 10 all day long. The place is nice we have a very good view of the lake. I would recomend this place to anyone.

I realized that they advertise that rent includes access to local pools... There are no pools and you don't get in free to any pools for living there. Also i asked for an extra week to give notice on moving out or not but three response i received was that they have people who want my apartment (in 3 months) and they can't wait for an answer (when they clearly can fill the spot). Consistently send out memos that they are there to help with rent but when you email them asking for help in how to adjust pay, they don't answer. If they did, i would have saved $40 like they offered

We rented an apartment at this site for last two years for our daughter, a Cornell student. We were not disappointed, Overall, the site was just right for us. The Campus, food shopping, malls and restaurants were close. The rental agent, Christine and the maintenance person, Bob Frisbie were very impressive.. They always responded promptly. Snow storms were never a worry, thanks to Bob

These apartments are cheap and great location. The leasing agent is friendly. The maintenance man is phenomenal and responds quickly. But the facilities themselves are eh. My apartment has no sliding drawer for silverware, there's only a narrow sliding drawer that is not big enough to fit a silverware tray in and is way out of the way in the corner. There must have been a person with long brown hair who painted my apartment because their hair is painted into every surface. I spent the couple weeks pulling them out with tweezers but it's disgusting still finding more. There is paint splattered across

Candelwyck really surpassed my expectations in terms of service and care for the apartments. The property manager Christine was always very welcoming and took care of any concern we had promptly. The maintenance staff was also very friendly, fast, and professional. Even in terms of move out and deposit return, they were incredibly fair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid place to stay in the Ithaca area.

Candlewyck was a great community to live in. The walls were soundproof, and I never heard my neighbor's music, unless I was in the hall. I was lucky to have a third-floor apartment with a great view of the lake and it was great to wake up to the beautiful sunrise every morning! It was conveniently close to town, yet allowed me to have adequate space between myself and my neighbor. The management and maintenance team was outstanding and responded to any issue quickly! I love this community!

Candlewyck Park is a diamond in the rough! Amazing location, beautiful property, gorgeous views, CLEAN, and newer luxury apartments in Ithaca, NY! Most amazing staff, friendly and helpful in every way possible. My mom moved here from Los Angeles, CA, and with her move came my concerns as her daughter.. After meeting the staff at Candlewyck, esp. Barb the property manager, I have to say I would not have felt the same security and comfort anywhere else. She was exceptionally warm and welcoming, as was everyone there, and I feel confident we picked the right home for my mom! I look forward to visiting
