I used to be part of Wesparke Village Two but we were bought by Wesparke One. Now Wesparke Two and Wesparke Village are one entity. It's only been a short time but I have felt so welcomed by Desiree and Louie. I have lived in my condo going on my 8th year and like I said we used to be part of another owner. I have always thought Louie was kind and a very good maintenance man. I hardly have any issues with maitenance but anyway I am thankful to have a nice person to deal with. The manager Desiree responded to my email and said welcome and it made me feel very thankful. We also received a very nice

If your looking for a senior living that’s maintenance free...then keep on looking. Moved my parents in here back in October and to say the least I’m dissatisfied in management and maintenance.
They can’t even take care of snow removal this winter. They call it maintenance free living for seniors- They should be ashamed. Told my mother the first major snow storm of the year ice melt was on order. Shovels must have been on order as well. You would think with Senior living you’d look out for their Safety a little more. Ever time they have a maintenance issue they seem to have to go round
