Trinity in the office was amazing! Transparent on everything, always helpful, and easy to get ahold of during the signing process. Even reached out after we moved in to check in on us. This place is clean, friendly, and feels brand new. My roommate and I looked all over topeka and this was by far the best one we found in our price range.

I lived at Woodland Park at Solider Creek for about 2 1/2 years. The apartment, community and staff were wonderful and I have no serious complaints. Both the management staff and maintenance went above and beyond. They were attentive and responded to inquiries and requests quickly. 5 stars!
The community itself was safe and quiet. It sits far enough away from the heart of Topeka/North Topeka that you couldn’t hear any “noises” from the town. You can hear the occasional traffic from Highway 24 if you are outside on your patio - not inside your apartment. The pool was always clean and well
