The Pines has been an exceptionally well run complex in my experience. It is affordable as well as clean and well managed. The unit we had was more than adequate for our needs and provided us with a safe and friendly environment. I would highly recommend The Pines to anyone interested in apartment living.

Lived here from 2013 to 2020. When we ended our lease due to Covid closing the Washburn campus we did everything they asked. Paid our final bill in full and thought we left on decent terms. They sent the bill we had paid in May to collections in December. Now I'm fighting to show it shouldn't be on my credit report since I have the receipt that we paid on the day it was due. We even left the place in better shape than when we moved in.

I have lived at The Pines Apartments for almost a year now. I am a woman and I live alone. It has been a quiet, peaceful little oasis for me, and I love living here. The leasing staff is wonderful, my maintenance requests have been taken care of professionally and quickly and I have no complaints! We have a neighborhood watch program which we have regular meetings for and a Facebook group for. I feel safe, informed and a part of a community.

I lived here a year.. every problem I had maintenance wise was fixed right away.. for the most part. overall the apartment wasn’t bad except my dryer didn’t work because the venting system is awful.. my clothes never fully dried and they basically said nothing could be done about it . when I decided to move out they would ignore my calls and not call me back.. I had to call maintence because my water for the washer when moving it out of apartment was leaking and wouldn’t turn off.. maintence man was very rude and huffed and puffed on the phone because I was having a problem on the weekend

I've been here only three weeks, but I'm very pleased so far. I've had two maintenance issues that were handled right away and the employee was quick, capable and friendly. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. There's good closet and storage space, washer/dryer hookups, and a balcony. It's a very quiet and clean apartment community. UPDATE: I've been here almost a year now and couldn't be more pleased! It's still very quiet--I almost never hear pets or neighbors, that's how respectful everyone is. Excellent community!

We moved into the Pines apartments last March after looking to downsize from our home of thirty years. It was one of the few places truly "Pet Friendly" for dogs over 20 lbs, which worked for us since we have a large German Shepard. Our experience with the front office was excellent in there responsiveness to calls for maintenance and repair issues. Also they try to foster a community atmosphere. the Maintenance staff was quick to respond and repair the issues we had. the place is kept clean and the grounds well maintained. No security problems. Our move out was mainly prompted by the restlessness
