I have lived at Fontainebleau Apartments for almost a year and I love it! The apartments are huge, it's secluded, and my neighbors are friendly. I have only had a couple maintenance issues and the problems were quickly fixed. They allow animals but I've not had any issues except for an occasional poo on the ground. Unfortunately, not all pet owners are courteous as some, but I never really had an issue with fecal matter on the property. The windows are big, new, and allow a lot of light in. I love how I can open my windows and get a great air flow going through my place! My apartment

Maintenance issues were corrected promptly. However, inside my building (and others) were not vacuumed frequently and in fact sometimes months. I did my own until it took a toll on my own vacuum. Dogs and cats were allowed here but owners were not diligent about taking their dogs to proper areas and I often stepped in waste while going to my car. Staff were courteous but often just gave "lip service" to the cleanliness issues reported. My rent went up every year until I could no longer afford it and price vs. product was unwarranted.
