This is the best place ever! The management team made feel so welcome and cared for, that I'll never move anywhere else! If you're looking for a place to live, this is the place to be! My roommate and I are at the end of our lease at RainTree apartments and I have to say, you get what you pay for. Rent is affordable and we only paid for electricity. Maintenance was friendly and responded to our requests in a resonable amount of time. However, the apartment was in rough condition from the moment we moved in. There were large stains on the carpet and damage to base boards. Shower tiles were falling off of the wall and it was obvious nothing had been cleaned. The leasing staff acted surprised when they moved us in and saw the condition of the apartment. We have had nothing but poor

Worst place I have ever lived! I would give them a 0 if I could. There are major bug problems throughout the buildings. Black mold all over the building I lived in. Everytime it rained outside, it rained inside my building. They left me and 3 other tenants without a/c for 2 months in the summer. Power outages all the time. One of my neighbors also went to the bathroom in buckets when his toilet broke so the building smelled terrible and they did nothing about it. Each month I got a letter on the door that my rent was late and had to call and remind them that i had a receipt and paid. The people

My daughter and her friend moved in August 16th 2019. It has currently been a month that they have lived there without central air conditioning with no reason why. Contacting management and maintenance on a daily and weekly basis hasn't gotten them anywhere with the issue. They did bring in a window unit to hold off until they can get it fixed, but the lack of communication of when or if they will is ridiculous! Not to mention they have also complained about a water leak coming from apartment above them that is leaving a hole in their ceiling that hasn't been fixed as well.

Very impressed with new owners. They have been making some big changes throughout the complex. They brought in all new office staff. Who have been very nice, but stern with the rules. This staff seems like they really care about residents and what is going on in the community. Keep up the good job!!!
