If we place a renter for you, you will NEVER have to pay two leasing fees in the same lease year.
We will process your application within 72 hours as long as you have provided the necessary documentation and we can get in touch with your previous landlord. No annoying paper applications and having to drive into the office. It's all digital! Apply online on the Rental Search page and upload your documents on our Application Documents page.
Applications must be completed online and application fees paid prior to submission for consideration. Be certain to email all required documents to applications@compassrent.com to expedite your application immediately after applying online. Compass Property Management Group requires all Applicants or their Agents to physically tour the home BEFORE submitting an application.
To complete your application, the following steps need to be completed in a timely manner. For your convenience, we have provided you with an easy option to complete the application process. First, we will need a Rental History Verification form and Employment Verification form completed by each applicant.

They don't 'manage anything. They are only re-active, and rarely succeed at this. . Since I began working with them, it has taken months to get repairs done, and then I was double charged. Worse, they never knew the status of repairs. When there are serious issues with tenants, they promise repairs - and don't deliver. Sitting in another city, I am somehow able to reach tenants and arrange repairs when they can't. In fact they call me and ask me to contact tenants. Worst management company. I used their services to rent my property first time in my life through this company. Right from renting the property they made all mistakes 1)Not sharing the tenant's applications, without my knowledge they signed the lease contract on behalf of me. 2) They have not shared the lease agreement till tenant moved in to property (After 5 days of move-in) 3) After reviewing the lease agreement another shocking thing is they collected less then a month rent advance (without my knowledge or permission).4) They are not able to handle the pressure from tenant and abruptly terminated

Another week has gone by with zero communication from Compass or Jasmine, our property’s supposed “manager”. It has now been exactly a month since the contractor came to assess the water damage and MOLD situation. It does not take an entire month to get owner approval. I have called at least 3 times over the last 3 weeks and keep getting brushed off. I called last Thursday during my lunch break and requested for Jasmine to please call me back. No call. It does not take a month to speak with someone in your office besides the receptionist that has to deal with issues your property

It has been an outstanding experience having the opportunity and true blessing to work with, Cree, at Compass Property Management. Compass Property Management staff members offer a professional and friendly experience to both prospecting renters and residents. As an applicant , I found the process of applying, easy and convenient. The staff members were there to address my concerns, thus, making the process as seem less as possible.
