I have rented for many years all over and Solution Property Management has by far been my best experience compared to any other! The entire team is professional, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. They are always available to help when I have questions/concerns, which is something so important to me when renting. My entire rental experience with Solution Property Management was great. From the moment we moved in to the moment we moved out; communication, support and timeliness was always there. Maintenance requests were always resolved within a reasonable time and the tenant portal made things easy. But even if we had questions, Lindsay and Maryem were always available and so accommodating. Customer service is truly spot on with this company! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had been searching for a rental for our daughter and grandson for a while with no luck in our experience with other companies. We either received poor customer service or unrealistic deposit requirements - unrealistic for us anyway. We were about to give up until we found Solution Property Management. Their staff is very friendly, responsive AND patient, even with an overbearing mom (me) at the helm. They literally worked with us every step of the way. I wasn’t going to share my experience but I didn’t give this place a one star because of a denied application. I was asked to provide extensive information past the usual, check stubs, social, ID, and what’s asked for on the application which is two forms (one to verify employment which is sent to your manager to fill out and one that is sent to your apartment to fill out and be sent back). I completed all forms and provided ample information in a timely manner. After providing all of that which is all the application asks for, I am then asked for my previous rental ledger which I waited

I have worked with Solution Property Management for the last year. They are great. Lindsey and Maryem are always available to answer my concerns or questions. They are very experienced, and are not to busy to teach me along the way. They have treated me with the same customer service from 1 to 3 properties. They most recently rehabbed a property for me for another rental. I appreciate everything they do for me!! I highly recommend them.
