Property Services of Atlanta managed my home in Lithonia for 7+ years and have been extremely easy to deal with. I live overseas, so communication was really important for me. I received updates, had the portal, was always emailed about and had maintenance issues rectified quickly. The property was poorly managed before them and since they took over my value increased and costs steadily reduced. I can honestly say it has been the best management team of any property I owned.

I want to personally thank Gerry Lee and the team at Property Services of Atlanta for all of their support. As a nonresident landlord, I am able to depend on them to professionally manage my properties in Atlanta. Gerry works very closely with me to identify the best tenants and to get them on board in a very timely manner. Whenever there is an issue, she notifies me right away and stays on top of it until the repair is complete. Thanks Property Services for being my onsite rental partner.

I've had property managed by PS Atlanta for 10+ years now and have been extremely satisfied, especially compared to others that I've actually had to fire before. I am so happy with them that a few years ago I added 2 new Atlanta metro properties, and just recently added 6 more.
Gerry, Sonja, Laura and all of the Property Managers are always very responsive and immediately address every issue. Rhonda, Melissa and the Maintenance team are very reasonable priced for maintenance and I have 100% confidence in their assessments and execution.
I've also never had accounting or administrative failures

My experience with Property Services in Atlanta was amazing! They took their time to talk to me and make sure everything was correct and that I loved the property. They kept me posted on what was going on. I didn't feel rushed when they responded to my questions. They were also kind and caring about what I needed to get done. The receptionist Misty was also very helpful and full of knowledge on what needed to be done. I highly recommend Property Services in Atlanta. You will be very pleased!
