Vineyard Properties takes great pride in maintaining a high occupancy rate. Our goal is less down-time between tenants which means lower vacancy costs for our property owners. As a result, oftentimes our available rental properties are limited. These attractive rental homes currently under management are just a few examples of the quality you can expect from the Vineyard portfolio of properties.
Advertising, property tours, applicant screening, legal documents, etc. - equals ONE MONTH RENT. There are NO upfront costs to you. We collect the fee from the tenant's first month rent. NO checks to write! A property with mechanical systems and appliances in good working order or scheduled for repair.
To qualify for residence at one of our properties, all adult occupants over the age of 18 must complete the application process. Because we purchase individual credit history reports, criminal background checks, etc. our application fee is $65.00 for each adult. The application fee is non-refundable.

I used Vineyard Property Management for 5 years, until I decided to cash out of my rental. They were always extremely professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to outsource the management of their rental property.
They always were prompt with communication and were eager to offer solutions to any issues that arose.

Stay away from this property management company. Please whatever you do stay far away. they take your application fee for a house and they know they goving it to someone already . but they leave the house on the website so you can put an application on it and in less then 24 hrs they send you a email saying the house is going to someone already but they take your application fee and don't refund it. think about it ($65x200 people) this how they make they money by robbing people of they hard earned money.

I have a few properties that Vineyard has managed for a little over a year now. Previously, I self-managed my properties, but unfortunately am no longer able to. Being a previous self-managed investment property owner, it was important to me to find a company that would treat my asset as their own... Vineyard goes beyond those expectations.

I’ve been using Vineyard to manage my rental portfolio for about a year now. They’ve been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Kerry is such a pro! They’ve also done a great job coordinating any maintenance work which has really allowed me to be completely hands off. Overall it’s been a very positive experience.

Vineyard has been managing two of my rental properties now for over three years. They have done such an outstanding job that I am considering buying more property just so I can have them manage it for me. They have been absolutely amazing every step of the way. For example, we had a large tree fall in the front yard while I was on vacation. They were on site the same day assessing the situation and it was a Sunday. They have been proactive. and I feel lucky to have found them. Kerry, Caitlyn, and the rest of the team have been extremely professional, in particular with communicating information
