My husband and I have lived at CV for almost a year now. We have been very happy with the office staff and maintenance is quick to fix anything that is needed. Last month we had an emergency after hours. They were quick to respond and had my repair completely finished within 2 days! Everyone here is friendly and helpful with anything you need! Plus the apartments are large for a decent price. 😊

I have to say this place was great growing up in I started there when I was about 6 and left when I was 12. That is 6 years there, at first I spent so much time outside. I went outside almost every day, everyday after school I asked my mom to go outside and it was amazing. Then everybody stopped going outside and it got very boring there. When kids grow up they stay inside now. Yes there was thin walls but having those thin walls made me closer to my neighbors, You can hear them say some funny and you would laugh yourself. I had my fair share of problems when I was younger but that is what made

Not worth the price. We had bugs (ants and cockroaches) from day one and always did no matter how many times they sprayed the apartment. The walls are super thin, the parking is very limited and they will tow your car for the smallest thing- if you get a flat or you need a few days before bringing it in to get fixed, they’ll make your life even more stressful by putting a sticker on your car saying they’re going to tow it. They do the bare minimum and charge you as much as they can and don’t work with you at all.

Starting my third year here. The staff & maintenance crew are astounding! Recently, on a Sunday, I was locked out of my apartment because of a faulty door handle. The emergency maintenance man on duty was there for me in less than 20 minutes! A new door handle was installed within 15 minutes. Just awesome! The office management staff is truly amazing. When I enter to do some computer work, they immediately yell "Hello Johnnie"! I really feel at home here. I'm 73 years old, and I feel safe & sound.

Country view garden homes is a great place to live. I Like the fact that Neighbors are really friendly and get along with each other. The property manager and staffs are very nice. I also like the fact that they respond quickly to maintenance emergencies around or inside any apartments. They keep the lawn cut clean at all times. Maintenance staffs clean up every morning keeping the property looking clean and sharp. They are very friendly as well. I must say, making Country view garden my home was a great decision I've made.
