Sweet Feet Yoga began in 2006 originally bringing yoga to babies and toddlers in Iowa City. We first opened within Robinson Family Wellness as Eastern Iowa's first yoga studio dedicated to kids and families in 2010. We have now moved to Crystal Lake, IL and are in several locations in the area! Dana Robinson (E-RYT, RCYT, RPYT) loves working with pregnant mamas to help them realize the full strength and wonder of their own beautiful bodies.
She also has over five hundred hours of specialized training in children's yoga and 10 years experience with teaching yoga to families and children from birth through high school. Yoga is beneficial for everyone! Yoga helps us to connect body, mind, and soul to ourselves and those around us in this busy, technical, fast-paced world.

Services
All of these amazing teachers are trained and certified through Sweet Feet Yoga, which means that they have been through the live, hands-on trainings with Dana Robinson, have fulfilled their class teaching requirements, and they teach in the SFY style that you trust and love. They all continue to train, learn, and grow, so that they can bring the best classes and workshops to your community for you and your children!
We love to connect to our community in the NW Chicago suburbs! From libraries, girl scouts groups, farmers markets, health fairs and more, we believe that we as a community can make life better for our future generations toether. During the summer of 2013, Dana and her husband Ron journeyed to Kenya as part of Team Next Generation Yoga for Africa Yoga Project.
I absolutely love Dana's prenatal yoga class in Crystal Lake. She creates a warm environment in which expectant mother can share their experiences with their pregnancies. The atmosphere is playful and supportive, I find myself smiling through most of the entire class. I am also a yoga instructor and she has inspired many of my classes in the past few weeks!
Our Baby & Me classes contain dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support baby's development as they grow. Each class provides a calm and nurturing yoga practice filled with ways to enhance bonding and make babies happier and more comfortable in their bodies. During a Baby class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms.

Dana is the absolute best! I have tried pretty much every toddler activity in Crystal Lake and yoga at Sweet Feet is without a doubt my favorite! And my girls too! It is a 45 minute kids activity that is pure bliss. Who knew tranquility with a 1-4 year old was even possible! Dana’s calm demeanor and beautiful voice sets the tone for a unparalleled experience. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the next session!

My daughter (2) and I love SFY! We started in the Tots class and we learned so many fun songs and rhymes, as well as yoga stretches. I loved that Dana included moves and explanations to help with common health topics like lung development and gas. Dana's knowledge and background in early childhood education is invaluable and she finds a way to connect with every child. Her dedication and love for kid's yoga goes beyond the weekly class and she even does fun videos my daughter loves to do at home.
I recently joined the Mom's yoga class on Tuesdays taught by one of Dana's trained teachers. Laura

I am very impressed with the way Dana was about to work with the children and get them to focus.
Our boys had Dana from Sweet Feet Yoga come to their wrestling practice and work with the whole team. It was really something to see all the young wrestlers listen and enjoy their yoga. Dana focused on their flexibility and their mindset. The young wrestlers did phenomenal after this practice in their tournaments.
I am a firm believer that the training that was given for their flexibility and mindset really helped them achieve the success they were looking for. Many of the wrestlers have stress of

I want to pass along my deepest appreciation for everything the SweetFeet team does for the community. Both for their services, but also all their resourcefulness. Yoga practice has always been deeply important to me, so it was just a natural progression that prenatal yoga would, with a doubt, be part of my pregnancy. I am so thankful to have found SweetFeet, a studio that offers a variety of prenatal classes, and a supportive community of soon to be moms. My prenatal practice over these past few months certainly helped in not only a fantastic pregnancy, but also a remarkable experience during
