Recently had a leak in my boiler closet which was over memorial weekend called on call maintenance which did come out and we agreed to check back on Monday. Monday came according to maintenance this was because there was a leak on the roof and problem was solved. Had to call a third time to take issue taken care of and look in depth not so happy that I had to call three times to get issue figured out

Had a rough start with the leasing office... things were a bit unorganized and last minute. Maintenance is great! Neighbors can be noisy, but we’ve had great and terrible neighbors... it’s just apartment living. The website is sort of glitchy when you try and make reservations for amenities. Otherwise, the office is really good about addressing any complaints and tries to make living here smooth.

I've had a really good experience since moving in here. The leasing office is full of good, kind hearted people and the maintenance staff are always on top of their calls. April, Ruth, Andre, and Robert are some of the best people you'll meet! They made this first apartment experience the best it could have been!

Office staff are great! Friendly and helpful. April and Ruth are awesome! Love the mantience crew as well very helpful when you need something fixed. Love the community it's quiet and most people are friendly. All around great place to live! Only issues I have is with parking. Not enough parking room. Other than that it's been a great experience so far and look forward to living here longer.

We’ve lived here almost a year and have loved it. Any issues we’ve had and requested maintenance were fixed within a few hours and they are very friendly and respectful of your apartment. The area is family friendly with a parks and lakes all around and a grocery store around the corner. The apartment is typically very quiet unless your windows are open, but that’s normal. We’ve never had issues with parking. When they installed new water drainage it did create a sheet of ice over the sidewalk so my husband would lay salt down when he could because there’s a lot of children in our area
