A to Z Beach Rental is an independent boutique vacation rental company that has been operating on the Alabama Gulf Coast for 10+ years. We are a locally owned and operated business which allows us to provide superior service to guests and owners. We strive to make sure that you receive the most out of your well-deserved vacation.
We provide all cleaning services directly though A to Z, so all crew members are vetted, trustworthy and supervised. Preventative Monthly Maintenance plans to inspect and replace the essential features (door batteries, smoke detectors, air filter replacement, etc.) of your property by a licensed service technician.
With a plate for every taste and a shop for every style, there's so much to see and do every day at The Wharf. Whether you're in the mood for a four-course meal or a delectable snack, you'll find plenty of fresh Gulf seafood, authentic Italian, upscale pub grub, even gourmet beef jerky and hot sauces.

I wish I could give it less stars we stayed in unit 4 over labor day weekend the unit was not cleaned and had to repeatedly call to get updates we wasn't able to get in the unit till after 9pm and still they never called to let us know it was ready or anything but they didn't mind charging me for it but I will never do business with A to Z rentals very very poor communication

Critical: Professionalism
We stayed at Gulf Vorw 8 unit 8. When we checked in emailed rent about act not working in June. no responses from anyone. Day 3 still no air! For the price it should of been at least dusted. I work in housekeeping and not even sure our sheets where changed. Be careful ! Location was great for beach fun only good thing!

I booked a rental through A to Z on Airbnb. I paid a 1000.00 dollar deposit on the rental. A few weeks ago my credit card was stolen and used fraudulently, my credit card company issued another card, but when Airbnb tried to run the next payment they had the wrong card information. Airbnb canceled my reservation. I called the next day asking why and realized they had my old card number. In the meantime A to Z rebooked the listing. Airbnb tried to get my deposit back and A to Z refused. They won’t issue a refund for a vacation home they rebooked that two months away. I would never book through

No cancellation policy, even months in advance. They will take your deposit even if they re-rent the property for those dates. The man running this place is rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and unethical. I have been renting vacation rentals for many years and have never run into such dishonesty. If you read all the reviews from all sources you will see this is a consistent issue with this company. Poor management and not customer friendly.
