Travel Insurance covers risks incidental to planned travel such as sickness, accidental injury, or death of you or a family member (or of a traveling companion), weather delays natural disasters, unexpected changes in your employment, and many more specified reasons. The coverage costs 7% of your total reservation invoice.

First of all I would recommend Beachball property to anyone Looking for a condo. Or really any of their services. The condo I rented for the month of January was Having some repairs done on the balconies. Beachball properties contacted me on a Monday morning when they got back into the office and offered me an upgrade to move to a different condo. It was a very nice upgrade at blue water condominiums. Everyone at Beachball properties was nice and courteous and helpful. The thing that impressed me was that I didn’t ask to be moved, they contacted me first. I assumed that because I signed the contract

Beachball Properties management company has been a pleasure to work with from the point of setting up my winter vacation rental to the seamless check-in process. A few minor maintenance needs arose during my stay and a call to the Beachball Properties office was promptly and courteously addressed with the necessary maintenance teams responding within a couple hours. A great team to work with!

My best friend and I booked a beautiful 2 bedroom, 3 bath home in Gulf Shores, AL. The beach was absolutely gorgeous! It was an absolute pleasure, booking with Beachball Properties. They were very professional, and the property was very clean. My family is planning a trip back soon, and we are definitely choosing a Beachball Property!

We loved our short Orange Beach family getaway with Beachball Properties. The condo unit we stayed in was away from the big crowded condos, was super clean and nicely decorated. There was only one small problem -- not enough hooks or a line for drying wet suits and towels. The best part was being so close to the beach and being able to see the ocean from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

I currently bought a condo unit at Gulf Shores. I kept the rental management the same which is Beachball Properties’s, I had no reason at that time to change property Management.
I have to say my overall experience has been good. I had been interviewing other Management properties to use, and would have made the change in December, however my last experience while deep cleaning the condo Beachball was there for me after on phone call! I’m very impressed and pleased to announce my experience. I’m looking forward to working with this team in the year 2022!!

Second time our family and friends have stayed at the Graceful Palms beach house. We love it every time!! Beachball Properties was fantastic! The whole process was a breeze! Beachball Properties was very responsive to my emails every time, they really care about there guests! We will definitely be coming back next year and hopefully years to come!

We had to change locations last minute and were so grateful for this opportunity to stay here. The location to the beach was great. The boardwalk was perfect! The property was clean and well managed. The master bed was very comfortable but hot. Maybe having ceiling fans would have helped but overall a great experience. We enjoyed eating at Sassy Bass as well but the construction lacked for a peaceful experience or view (we were told ahead of time there was some roof work being done. It was a bit louder than we anticipated though) I would recommend this place ! We also love dealing with Beachball

We had the top floor beach front house. It was very well done. Plenty of room for 9 people
. We would definitely stay again. The only thing that could've made it any better was of it had an elevator we stayed on the 3rd floor of the beach house. But it didn't take away from the stay. We loved it. Beachball.properties was helpful an answered all questions through our stay!

Elevator at property was broken down, condo itself was nice but no bedding left for the pull out couch. When we contacted and asked for it they sent someone with a set of sheets, no blanket or pillow. WiFi didn’t work due to the wrong info being printed on the welcome note, took two calls/days to get resolved. In the meantime no streaming capability on the TVs. Gorgeous views and beautiful beach.

This was my first time ever staying on the beach and Beachball Properties did NOT disappoint! The condo was just like the pictures online and the ocean view was breathtaking. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking my next beach vacation with Beachball Properties 🏖
