#1506 was a gorgeous condo with a wrap-around lanai. The morning views were spectacular although the building next door blocked sunset views. Still, we saw pelicans and dolphins every day. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make our holiday dinner easily because of the many choices for pans, dishes etc. Beach access was easy, too. The beds were very comfortable- we all slept well. We had a wonderful holiday get away!

NEVER will I book through Meyer again. Stayed at Bluewater 106, 4.4 rating. Infested with roaches. Not the big ones, the little ones. Infested. I called Meyer they said it was sprayed two days ago. Told them we couldn't stay there, their response was they could put us somewhere else but all had bad reviews. Besides roaches there was a pile of Chex mix on the floor so it wasn't vacuumed. Ceiling fans with three light bulbs that were all out. A bed looked made till I threw the bed spread back and no sheets on the bed. No remote in main bedroom ceiling fan had one speed. Maintenance came 2x without

We rented a condo from here on Airbnb. The host of the condo was perfect and could not have done better. The problem is when we would ask about an issue needing to be fixed, the facility staff were rude to us from the start. Security did not make us feel comfortable. Maintenance staff would be in our condo without our knowledge. That is unacceptable. The staff even sent a random couple to our door because they thought the maintenance staff was still in our condo. That made us feel unsafe and security did nothing. Disappointed that a group of girls couldn’t feel comfortable in this beautiful condo

Loved this condo. The owner had our condo really well stocked.
The outdoor pool was a good size, was not very clean though. The rest of the condo complex was really well kept. The pool was just always cloudy with a variety of bugs in it.
The indoor pool was nice. The hot tub did not work the entire time we stayed.
You cannot swim in the indoor pool if lightening…. Because the water system to the indoor and outdoor pool are connected.
The security guards are very nice and helpful.
Short walk to the beach.
All condos are 3 bedrooms.
Three grills, all looked nice. We never used them.

I stayed at the Bluewater Condominiums by Vacasa on June 15-19. It was a huge 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit 702. We the Shoals family love the huge balcony it was so nice and private. We had more then enough room for our family of 6. We will for sure be back next year love this unit 702. The 3 bedroom nice size my mother in law had her own room she loved that unit as well. I have stayed at many resorts but this was the best and it was not loud very safe near food place, dollar general and Walmart's. The security was on point nothing bad happen on my vacation so if you need 3 bedrooms and 2 bath get

We go often and LOVE the Orange Beach area. It tends to not get so crazy with college kids, and the beach is beautiful and wide at Bluewater. It is a smaller, shorter condo, but the rooms are nice. We often have 7 people staying at a time with enough room. They have LARGE, deep balcony areas facing the beach and overlooking the patio and outdoor pool. ALL units DO face the beach, unlike some that are advertised that way. Corner units receive more wind due to a wrap around balcony area. It is not clean at all and the elevators are very watery. The furniture needs to be cleaned and the only redeeming factor is that it is close to things like restraints that are great. I would only stay here if you got a great rate, or plan to only stay in the room, and stay outside the rest of the time
