Our maintenance is top-notch, most services are provided in-house, and we don't nickel-n-dime our owners for repairs. In fact, we don't charge at all for many minor repairs. Our housekeepers have been with us for years and know our high expectations. We keep your property looking and performing its best.

We stayed there 4 nights for my birthday weekend and it was great. We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West 2 so much . It was easy to book and the people were quick to respond to any of our needs. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the pool we had a few days before the cold weather got here to enjoy the beach too. It’s a great place for kids too. I highly recommend staying here and I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

We were really impressed with the property. It was exactly as advertised but better. Everything was so new, fresh, pristine and ready for our visit. It’s a perfect place for family to get away and be close to the beach.
The only challenge was those stairs. You have to be in good shape to go up and down multiple times!!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as advertised and was beautiful with plenty of space for our family and a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. We had a small problem with the washer but we were promptly answered and they sent a serviceman by and fixed the issue immediately. Would love to stay here again.

We love Ft. Morgan because it is away from all of the condo hubbub associated with Gulf Shores or Orange Beach and the beach is dog friendly. Fins and Flamingos was the second home I had selected but it should have been my first. I was concerned it would be too small but. It was absolutely perfect. It was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed including an Air Fryer, Instant Pot and Ninja Blender…very awesome! We were right across from the beach and the front deck was perfect for sitting watching the sunset. The Property Manager was very responsive which helped make our stay

We just found our “go to” spot every year!! We had a great time and thank you to Simpson Properties for promptly answering our questions. I can see why you guys have an excellent reputation in the area! I will recommend this property to anyone who is looking. Great location with plethora of amenities for families. We had a wonderful time at The Collonades last month! The location was perfect, condo was spacious and clean, super convenient to stores, shops, restaurants and there isn't a better view of the beach! My granddaughters loved the pool and crab hunting at night. We will be staying again! Thank you!

After coming down to Gulf Shore for a few years we have finally found exactly what we are looking for, the right location, condo and property management group, Simpson Properties Group.
We never knew how wonderful it could be with such a responsive, helpful property management team! They answered all of our questions immediately and responded immediately to the one issue we had. The building we were in was having work done and we were pleasantly surprised when they notified us of all work and when it was to be completed prior to building management posting notices! You never know how important
