Our rental agreement and all advertising clearly indicated multiple pools at our condo. Bella Beach Properties knew there was only 1 pool operational at the condo complex and did not inform us. We would not have otherwise stayed. Our attempts at communicating and making this right have not been responded to by Bella. This is NOT a property management company that I would recommend or use again. EDIT IN RESPONSE: The 1 star was due to: 1) poor communication in not returning calls/emails - if your policy is as stated, then why was that not communicated to us before now? 2) the fact that you knew

Had booked a trip to gulf shores with this company, but a week out my Dad ended up in ICU with Covid pneumonia. Even though we were outside of our refund time window, the hosts very graciously refunded our trip in full. Thank you for being so understanding, will definitely try to book with you again in the future!!

Had an awesome time at the beach this week. The condo was great and Taylor was wonderful to work with. We were a little high maintenance but he took great care of us. The last place we stayed in with another company was a disaster. We were so happy we decided to use Bella Beach this time. Would highly recommend. 🏖

Beyond rude and it was dirty so many difficulties even getting into the right condo. They just kept messing up our reservations then turned into a screaming match and told we were lying and that we are all fine and should just enjoy the beach even the patio doors to the balcony locked us out. I understand the property has wonderful views. However, this is not how you treat the guests. Even if the property owner was at fault, you decided to manage the property, you are responsible for taking care of the guests. Due to the horrible experience we left and stayed somewhere else the second night. Even

It was a nightmare trip to say the very least. The management has no customer service skills at all and screams and argues with guest. Taylor was the worst never stay with them !! The place was dirty and they couldn’t even get the condo number right. We tried talking about our complaints then told we are wrong and was yelled at and wasn’t allowed to talk. Don’t waste your money for the good views stay else where !

I left feeling restored from the mandates of life and like I gained a friend in Taylor and in Bella Beach Properties.
The space was fun and functional (working remote, cooking a meal, ordering in, watching a movie)! The view from the patio of the 15th floor was even better in person!
Taylor and the team were amazing! From answering general questions to responding to a maintenance request, I felt well taken care of. I even forgot some items in the medicine cabinet on day of check out and Taylor called immediately to inform me and connected with his staff so I could quickly arrange for pick up

I highly recommend contacting Taylor Means with Bella Beach Properties for your next vacation stay. He over surpassed what I was looking for with my stay at The Palms in Orange Beach, Alabama. The condo was not only clean, but quiet and I felt safe. Taylor provided excellent customer service when I asked for food recommendations and somewhere to get my external harddrive repaired. I'm using his service for my girl's trip and a family trip later in the year. One of my bff's took his information for a future birding trip she is coordinating. The Palms is a great location as it is in close proximity
