My experience with the entire Cocca team has always been amazing. I rented from them for 8 years and found them to be the best landlords I had ever had. When something was broken, or there was a maintnence issue they reacted quickly, and always fixed the problem. I would encourge others to do business with this company.

I moved out last year and they never contacted me about my security deposit. Whether they think I left damage or not you still by ohio law have to send me a detailed list.
And the cockroach problem. Okay, it's not their fault directly (hoarder moved out), but hire professionals! Nothing like waking up with a roach on your arm! I know they want to save money by letting maintenance do it, but jesus christ.
Pipes from boiler and ceiling clanked together constantly which they did nothing about.
Then they let the ghetto rats move in and don't respond to noise complaints or drug use complaints...

Does not care about the tenants. Been living here a few months and feel like I live in the projects. Music blasting all hours of the day and night. Neighbors company screaming and yelling in the hallways all hours. Don’t even bother reporting because NOTHING gets done. Definitely not a place to live if you have kids or enjoy peace in your home. Maintenance is the only good thing about the place. Definitely would not recommend!!

Rented from them for too long. Always someone new at the front desk, always someone twice as rude and unintelligent as the last. I paid a $400 electric bill for one month because my furnace wasn't fixed right by them, and when I asked for some sort of reimbursement for their mistake they told me it was a "lesson learned"...maintenance guys have yelled at my mom for parking where she's allowed to park because he couldn't get his lawn mower through. These people gave us a 30 day notice to leave and the only reason was because "our lease is up" even though it was up for over 3 years, and they changed

Horrible custumer service, and the lady who I believe it's one of the owners ran my credit report call me back in 5 minutes to tell me it was a denial, but then that same day I was contacted by gaisler realty that I was approved for a 3 bedroom house in coutland Ohio, how was I approved in one place and not the other?,she seemed rude , and asked me for a deposit without even telling me if I was getting the apartment or not, thank god I put a stop on the check and then called her and told her to send me back my check if I was denied, it was just a weird experienced.
