Its best that you select the property your interested in, however your application is still valid for any property we have, as long as your income qualifies. The cost to apply is $35.00 per. What kind of Credit do I need to Qualify? You will need to have a positive credit and rental history with steady income (2.5 x monthly rent) to be considered.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Ran by crooks. You will never see your security deposit again. Lived in one of the rental properties for 2.5 years. Did the landscaping, stained the fence and took immaculate care of it, yet got a bill for almost $900 60 days after moving out for them having to FILL SCREW HOLES IN THE WALL. (When I moved in, there… were MULTIPLE holes left from the previous tenants/owner, by the way)

Wow where to begin with these people? I guess when we signed our lease and were fooled by the fake professionalism John showed. Thinking we were in good hands we signed, BIG mistake. We've lived under their management for 3 years and the amount of maintenance issues that have occurred in that time are unccountable! From clicking sounds in our ceiling to a rusted out air conditioner they refuse to replace giving us the run around of they'd have to contact the building owner. Not only that, but a main water line backup that occurred four different times, flooding my bathroom and kitchen with fecal

Excellent service from John and his team. I’ve used Steel Valley Homes for years as a property management company and they always go above and beyond. I recently used them to sell my property and they did an excellent job representing me in the sale. Let’s face it, Youngstown is a tough market in every way possible. You need a property manager up to the challenge. Steel Valley Homes is definitely that property manager or broker.

Let me start off by saying that I am a very anxious person, so I was nervous going into the lease signing, but John made me feel very comfortable! He was thorough, and kind the entire time. The whole family is great! They’re very responsive, and attentive. The tenant portal they have makes paying rent and making maintenance requests a breeze! I’m happy we went with Steel Valley Homes to find our new home and would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to move to the area!

John and his staff are very professional and seem to manage higher end apartments throughout Boardman and other nearby cities. Just a quick tip it’s easier to set up an appointment directly through their website versus calling. I think they get a plethora of calls and this seems to be the best way from our experience. Also, all the tenants they have seem respectful and working professionals in the area. Just my two cents.
