Am writing about an incident that took place this past Saturday, December 11th, 2021, around 11:30 pm. A rotted out tree broke and damaged both of my legally parked vehicles, causing approximately $5000 in damage.
I have been a tenant of Palm Court at Wellington since June of 2020 and have seen numerous trees that are rotted out, break and damage vehicles and other personal property.
It is the landlord’s responsibility to make sure they take care of any trees located on their property that could or will damage someone else’s property.

Very disorganized management ever. very rude unprofessional and disrespectful. I was charged for a paid I’ve never had even them property management is horrible. they do not answer their phones they are rude. I moved out of an apartment followed up on my statement from October 1st all the way through December 20th, only to find out I had charges that are not applicable to me, they had noted that I had a pet, that I’ve never had. I called the headquarters because the new management stated they were not aware and this was closed over 30 days meaning they have reported me to the credit bureaus

Lincoln taking over management is the worst thing to happen to our building. Property is regularly stolen (including my $1k bike)...management could not care less and does absolutely nothing. New neighbor plays his music so loud it makes my floors vibrate, and regularly wakes me up at 1:30am...management could not care less and does absolutely nothing. Cockroaches are everywhere, including in my unit, even though we pay an extra "pest fee". Neighbors' and even management's garbage sits in the hallways for weeks, even though we pay extra for a "trash valet". I could keep going, but you get the idea

I have lived in one of Lincoln Properties for a few years. I lived in the building prior to Lincoln taking over and it has gone down hill since. Our building is dirty and it smells. We lack security. There is no communication between the management and the residents. When contacting management specifically there is generally no response. The staff has been incredibly rude at times. However there are a couple staff members that are completely professional and responsive. It's unfortunate that they do not have much authority. Milwaukee, WI

Do NOT rent from this Property Management! They do not maintain their property. They are slow to make repairs. The pool has been down for two weeks because they will not approve the expense to repair it. The chairs at the pool are dry rotted and falling apart. The firepit has not worked for over a year. The stairwells are dirty and need to be power washed. I love the location and my neighbors, but the amentias are subpar, especially for the rent we pay. Our apartment is in a complex that is considered "Luxury Apartments." The rent is for a luxury apartment, but the amenities are not!!

The property I live in was acquired by Lincoln, but they kept some of the same staff which only perpetuated existing problems. The main issues being security and packages.
What it boils down to is: I do not feel safe and my property does not feel safe. The poor management, general apathy for resident’s concerns, and lack of security do not justify the cost and headache to live here, and I would never refer anyone to the Flats at Taylor Place, or any other Lincoln Property, as apathy seems to be part of the company’s fiber.
I have had my car broken into (in gated parking deck) and (3) instances

I think that one star is too many stars for this property management organization. Clearly they only care about profits.
I started renting from Lincoln properties in an apartment complex in Florida when I started my first job out of graduate school. I was very happy with the beautiful community but that is where this review ends the positive note. Three months after I arrived in my home a hurricane blew through town and caused significant damage to the building and destroyed one of my windows. The window was patched with a tarp and board. Despite multiple inquiries it has now been nine months

Lincoln Property Company is a professional and people-centered management company with a great team behind the scenes! I've witnessed them go above and beyond for residents on countless occasions. They're always finding ways to give back to charity and the community. I would recommend to live at a Lincoln managed community, or also to hire Lincoln to manage your community!

I enjoyed living at their Cypress at Trinity Groves location so much after my first year, I signed a two-year lease to stay put. Cypress has the nicest apartment gym I've ever seen, not to mention their friendly staff and quick maintenance turn around times. Speaking of friendly staff, there definitely are a few that have gone, and continue to go above and beyond their duties: Matthew (leasing), Benjamin (groundskeeper) and Stephen in maintenance. I'm not planning on leaving any time soon. Highly recommend this apartment and company!

Single after 42 years of marriage, I was left to close down and move out of my 4300 SF house in Frisco. I was looking for a nice apartment to move into when a friend mentioned The Grand Apartments in the new Legacy West. I stopped by one day and spoke with Erica, who was very helpful in showing me around the property. She suggested that I might like a particular unit, I agreed and subsequently became a Grand resident. And that was October 2016. I've been extremely impressed with my new home and neighborhood ever since. The management team takes excellent care of both inside and outside of the property
