Going on 3 years here, spacious apartment, great neighbors, nice pool, pretty clean premises. Price is reasonable considering it's a 4 bedroom 3 bath apartment. Try getting a house like that for less than a thousand in melbourne, impossible. Most important is the location. Close to everything you can imagine! Everything is within a few miles away!

Just not happy here anymore I’ve been living here for maybe 3 months now and my ac went out and has taken 4 days and still not fixed I have kids that are suffering here I’m counting down my months here I can’t take it anymore
I wish I could just cancel my lease And move out.
Also maintenance is a liar I caught him on camera in my apartment saying he did work that he did not do. They have a lot of issues black things coming out their showers and their tub.

I applied on line for these apartments . And at first it said accepted but now it says denied and noone will give me an answer they told me to go to another website site to get my report and I tried and that company says they have no credit report for me they say there's no application filed .so now these people have my $85 application fee and aren't giving me an apartment a reason why I'm denied or won't give me proof

Been here almost two years and have the most rudest downstairs neighbor always coming up to my door to tell my that my dog or I am making to much noise on the floor for them below us could we try to keep it down. If I just beat a bag of ice she is banging on her ceiling at me about the noise. Then we have kids that stand in the stairway and go on and leave trash and drink bottles for you to trip on going down stairs.
