I lived in Treybrooke for a year and I had to move out for work. I loved everything about that place and I really miss how professional Treybrooke management was/is. The apartment was renovated when we moved-in and in perfect condition. Maintenance was always on time whenever we needed them for something. People are friendly and nice. The facilities were always clean. And I will always miss how beautiful the land was: super green all over the year, very quiet and perfect for outdoor acitivities.

Almost no response for maintenance concerns the entire time I lived there. They took 2,000 dollars from us for carpet when we moved out and placed our accounts on a rental hold until we paid because we refused to pay this ridiculous sum. They increase rent annually. Rude staff. I would never live here again.

Lived here for almost 2 years and it’s a nice place. The management is friendly and the upgrades are nice but it’s obvious that they are older and just renovated. Lots of students and professionals. Maintenance was fast and friendly. Lots of dogs, not always leashed and not everyone picks up after their dogs. Students can be immature but generally no issues

Lived here for a year now. The people that work at this apartment complex are unbelievably nice. Every time I have called about an issue, they have fixed it within a day or two. They even assisted in hooking up my washer and dryer- even though they are under no obligation to do so. The bugs can be a a problem here in the summer but I called and on the same day, they scheduled the exterminator for the next 3 weeks. We have had zero issues while living here, besides some construction noise from redoing the siding of the apartments. No fault of theirs. I see the lawn maintenance crew probably twice

What a farce.
I moved here about 9 months ago, my only request was that I needed somewhere quiet as I work nights. I specifically asked about planned renovations to the building they would be moving me into and they said none were planned. Surprise! The past two months my backyard looks like a warzone. I get woken up constantly by unannounced construction, buzzsaws in my chimney, nailguns over my roof. Nails going through my walls. Spackle falling off the roof. They drove one of my diplomas off the wall and it landed onto an expensive guitar that was lying below it.
So I get to my breaking

One of the best complexes to live in Greenville! I'd almost rather not write a review so that everyone and their dog doesn't find out about this place, but I've been living here for almost a year now and I love it. The complex is safe, well maintained, I've never had an issue with the staff, and the apartments are very nice and I like the layout. I had a few issues with my fridge but they were prompt about coming out every time I've needed something. They have so much green grass and it's just a lovely place to live.

Moved in with only several hours notice, and so far very helpful office staff responsive maintenance. A quiet, lower traffic community that feels safe, despite its proximity to the city, school, and hospital. Highly recommended! Appliances could stand to be updated but everything was clean and in good working order.
