We stayed here last night. Room was nice and clean and great location. Close to Raising Canes and Farmer Bros restaurants within walking distance. We also had a Trader Joes very close for some snacks and grocers. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed the pool and spa and I even went in the mens sauna to rejuvenate my pores! Excellent! I would stay here again!

One of my most favorite hotels I've ever stayed at, it felt more like staying at an apartment than a hotel, the staff is great, very polite, the rooms were clean and they have free breakfast every morning until 10am. (Mini fridge & microwave too) and the Christmas decorations were adorable!!!

I stayed with my family at this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel room had 2 queen beds, the sink was outside the bathroom which makes it easier for everyone to wash their hands while someone is using the shower/toilet. The room also comes with a 2 door fridge and a microwave which allows for storing and preparing a variety of snacks. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, is simple yet covers all the basics. There is also a heated pool, a small gym, and a laundry room. However, where this place excels is its location, which is close to a couple of plazas and food places.

We've stayed here a couple of times now when we are in OC and we are very pleased. Very reasonable prices, beautiful property, clean rooms, comfy beds, pillows and linens. In room refrigerator, microwave, iron, hair dryer and toiletries. They also offer a great continental breakfast. This lodge is close to I-5, Total Wine, Chick-Fil-A, Sbux and a ton of other eating and shopping establishments.

Definitely would recommend if you're frugal and dont expect a 5-star all inclusive hoity-toity hotel.

My husband and I stayed here when we wanted a night to stay away from the house, it was inexpensive and close to home with great shopping and food options NEAR BY. Literally walking distance.
We got a spacious room with an excellent view of their beautiful garden. Seriously make the trip to the garden because it is so beautiful. The room was very clean, you can tell their service goes above and beyond because we did not find a single thing wrong with this room. We felt as if we are at home.
The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Super helpful team all around.

My experience at Laguna Hills Lodge was amazing! The building was clean as were the rooms (which have a lot of amenities included), and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Great location. Overall, I appreciated my stay here. If you're looking for a place to stay definitely look no further and come here. I will be coming back again soon!!!!

Great place to stay! Super chill and the room was pretty nice. A great value. Only 15 minutes from the beach and about 2-3 miles from a really cool trail.

My husband and me stayed here in order to be close to a memorial service for a close family member. I booked it 1 month plus ahead on Priceline, so the room was paid in advance. Once we checked in, I started to unpack and noticed 2 wads of paper in the closet. Just small bits up crumbled up paper! No one bothered to throw them away. The room itself LOOKED clean, but the inside of the door had lots of "dings" on it. The TV was SUPER small, and there was no Central Air. We were OK with it, until I got on my laptop, and noticed that the woman who checked us in had billed us for the room again! That

This hotel is truly a gem. Just absolutely lovely. Kind, happy, and attentive employees that are excited to share the early beginning of the owners dream. The grounds are beautiful! Flowers in bloom everywhere! The rooms are clean and decorated warmly and the beds comfy. Breakfast, is simple and delicious and perfect. Tucked away in the most perfect setting and yet accessible to all the things necessary for a perfect stay. We stayed three nights and enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. I hate writing such a fabulous review because selfishly, I want this all for myself. Can not wait to come back. Go see

Very impressed. The building is a bit older but very well maintained. Lots of upgrades. Showers for example are shower stalls, very basic for use but the walls were nicely done in a modern tile. The carpet too was quite striking. Fresh paint throughout, very nice furniture in the rooms. Mostly importantly, clean and smelling fresh. The only thing I would say is to manage your expectations on the free breakfast. I did and it was just about what I thought it'd be. Overall nice property. Clean and comfortable! I'd definitely return!

As soon as we drove up we recognized the charm and the quaint vibe. The lodge is well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. When we checked in we were greeted warmly by the two gentlemen behind the registration. We struck up a nice conversation and it immediately felt like we were like old friends. It was a very nice welcome! We were placed in the 3-story building and I was thankful it had an elevator. Our room was pleasantly appointed, nicely decorated, and very clean. We noticed they had installed new carpet; it had that new carpet smell. The bed was so comfortable! The shower

It was just okay. Lets start with the pros: the prices was reasonable. Id say it's equivalent to your average Best Western/Motel6 with no transient people. It's a nice area, excellent if you plan on going to the beach. It's close enough but not too close. There are many eateries around plus the room comes with minifidge/microwave. The beds were firm but comfortable. The room was relatively clean. Now the cons: It's located very close to a fire station so my husband and I were awoken a few times by that. The breakfast was minimal, a few cereal options and muffins. The drain in the tub was not really

It was late and I was coming back from San Diego And I suddenly got really tired so I had to so I had to pull off and try to find some place to sleep II stopped earlier than Laguna Hills and nobody had a room but they recommended this place this place.

I'm glad I stayed here..

I got the last room.. It was moderately priced although I wasn't pleased although I wasn't pleased that the reception guy did not give me any of the discounts I was entitled to like AAA and AARP. Every place I have stayed honors those. Except this place. ‍

But I was happy for a room.. It was clean and

My check in experience was exceptional. The bud in the glasses I think he's a hockey fan gave me a nice room right inside the lobby where I felt safe and secure and could ask for anything.

The room felt like home and I hope that he gets a raise because they need to keep people like him.

I'd probably give this place 3.5-4 stars based on compared it to another hotel chain of similar price. The staff were nice and easy check in process. The garden is nice- but the main complaint is the beds were rock hard. The pillows were also hard and flat. It's a decent place for the price don't get me wrong, but I'd rather spend $30 more and get a hotel with better bed since that's the main reason for my stay is to sleep while I am away from home.. they have a grab and go banana and muffin for breakfast for free too. They said they are remodeling the rooms- perhaps They

Lovely, family owned boutique hotel right next to the Laguna Hills mall and city civic center. The rooms are very comfortable with attention to detail. My bed, wow! It's the greatest nights sleep. There's a great outside pool, jacuzzi next to a laundry room. Lay out while you do laundry. (2&2 washers & dryers)There is a nice gym. Parking is a breeze-park right to your door like a motel-so convenient to work & play. Walk to In N Out burger, Chik fil A, Chevron, restaurants. There is No breakfast due to Covid and I found lower rates online. Although,The staff was very friendly

My bf had to book a room for COVID reasons because his roommate was possibly exposed and he didn't want to expose me or his family. The first room he had was a double (Queen) with a small bathroom and questionable carpeting. He moved a few days later to a room with a king sized bed and vinyl flooring that was on the other side from the fire station. This room was definitely better than the first. Included with the room: free breakfast voucher at Chick-fil-A, small fridge, microwave, safe, TV, free WiFi, desk, and chair. The king room had an additional small table and easy chair. There is a

Found this place on the Hotel Tonight app. It was $88 for our New Year's Eve stay. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. I was slightly worried that we'd get an old motel experience, from what I saw of some of the reviews I read on Trip Advisor, but the room we got, A215, was (I'm told) one of the more updated ones. Carpet was fluffy, not threadbare and old like one of the reviews I had read.

The grounds are beautiful. I like the bougainvillea flowers trailing next to our balcony. They have holiday decor in the garden for Christmas.

It had all of the amenities

Amazing stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge!

My family and I booked a staycation. With little to no expectation. Wow, amazing. We were left impressed.

COVID-19 standard protocols. Social distancing enforced within the lobby.

The lobby is gorgeous. The lamps, ceilings and chic and classy seating areas are just GORGEOUS. The photos will prove it.

The grounds are B E A U T I F U L.

The room; perfection. Soft linen, great mattress, king sized bed with a balcony that has French Doors, what? Is this a resort?

They have elevators, stair access. Vending machines and ice available.

I was in town for a continuing education course at Memorialcare Saddleback Medical Center and am sad I did not book here for the first weekend. I judged this place based on it not being part of a corporate chain and I was horribly mistaken.

NEARBY: It's a walkable distance to the hospital, so if there's a need for you to be there. I recommend staying here. Depending on where you are in the hospital, you might have to drive. It's also walkable to Starbucks (which was great for me to walk to before our course) and a little further down is CVS. There is a very close Walgreens, but

I've stayed here 4 times and overall I'm very happy with the place. Nice rooms especially stylish, clean bathrooms. Cute garden in the middle. They have everything: gym, pool, laundry, computers, etc...

I would however like to bring attention to an area of improvement of customer Service. Last night I went to the front desk around 9pm and asked about how to do laundry, the man let me know where it was, so my father and I came back at 10:45pm to do laundry. When I went to get quarters from the front desk an Asian lady told me I couldn't do my laundry because I was too late as the

While in town attending a college presentation nearby, we decided to make a family trip out of it, and made reservations to stay here for a night. Here's my findings:

Location: not bad. Right in the middle of things in a busy area, it wasn't to hard to find on Google Maps. There's a bunch of places to eat nearby, some in walking distance. There's also a open market-type place across the street to peruse.

The Room: Not too shabby. It had the basics minus a corner chair. We had a bottom floor room with two queen sized beds, comfy but not bad (we've had worse). The other
