Terrible terrible booking experience. I was told over the phone my payment was complete and we were all set for our trip so I proceeded to book flights to Kauai. A month later I got an email saying our reservation had been cancelled without any prior voicemails or emails from Parrish. When I spoke with the reservations manager and asked to speak with the owner she told me he had no interest in speaking with me. I would not recommend booking with this company unless you are prepared for your reservation to be cancelled.

We stayed at Pili Mai in Poipu (unit 08F) and I can't recommend it enough. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The Parrish Collection sent multiple texts to check in and ask if we needed anything. The only slight snafu was that our AC stopped working during the last 24 hours of our stay. I was slow to let them know as we were busy getting ready for our wedding and getting married the night before, but let them know right before checkout so they could address. The unit stayed plenty cool with windows open and the ceiling fan on.

Love love love Parrish! We do not rent through anyone else when in Kauai! Their customer service is great, always friendly and efficient. We rarely ever have an issue, but when we do it is addressed and handled promptly. They were wonderful and accommodating to work with through our rescheduling, and eventual cancelation during the pandemic. I am happy to say we have re-booked 2 properties this fall with them. Can't wait! They recognize and offer discount to repeat visitors.

BUYER BEWARE!! Reserving a unit from Parrish might cost you more than you expected.
Please know that you can be bumped from your reservation if the owner wants the property the exact same time as you. I realize this caution was in the property agreement; however, the agreement also states that “our best efforts will be made to move you to a… comparable property”. In my case, no “comparable” property was offered. We reserved #44. We had a reservation for a condo in the Princeville area starting on July 23rd. Due to the quarantine restriction imposed by Hawaii, Parrish Kauai is NOT ALLOWING us to stay at the property we paid for. However, they refuse to issue a refund even though they cannot deliver the property, on the grounds that we paid upfront with a "Cyber Promo" special that is non-refundable. Even though the quarantine is out of their control, how they treat customers is very much their decision - and this is just not right.

I rented the Kauai Condo I owned through Parrish. Choose someone else to manage your property. If a tenant broke or damaged something, then Parrish did not always hold the tenant responsible for the repairs or let me know about the damage. They mostly would blame someone else, including the occasional visit by my family or friends, but they would not have the damage documented. They sometimes would not even see that repairs or cleaning were needed until I showed up and pointed it out to them, including broken murphy bed, extremely soiled sofa cushions that had been turned over, corner broken off

We have rented condos in Poipu, Kauai twice with Parrish, and they have been professional, responsive, and very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend renting a vacation property through them--they are the best on the Island!

We have booked with most of the various rental agencies on Kauai over the past 10 years - Parrish is definitely the best. They are very clear about the condition of the properties with their rating system, very transparent with prices and terms, no hidden charges or fees, and do a great job with anything you need while on island. They have a tremendous portfolio of properties available to suit most needs and budgets. I would highly recommend using Parrish when you are ready to come to Kauai.

Just tried to cancel my October reservation and they want to charge me over $100 for it. The contract says 60 day advance notice and a $50 fee. With the 14 day quarantine we would not be able to leave the condo. DONT BOOK THERE

We had a reservation for a condo stay starting on June 10th. The flight no longer is flying . Hawaii’s stay at home is in effect until May 31st. Keeping in mind you have to cancel 30 days in advance, we had to make a decision to cancel since we currently have no guarantee of a flight or safe travel . They are keeping some of our deposit because it is “our choice not to come”. We have family that lives in Koloa and visit Kauai numerous times a year. Sadly, a decision to keep money during a world-wide pandemic, when travel is uncertain, will keep me from booking with this company in the future

We rented two homes. Loved every minute of our time in Kauai, Dec 26th to Jan 26th. Jamie was excellent, highly recommend Parrish Rentals!

The place we stayed in was NOT clean, and had mold in the bathroom shower. Parrish would not relocated us, or come to verify our issues. We left the next morning to find another place to stay. Parrish Collection kept $487 of our money after promising to refund all but one night! Don’t rent from these people, they run a “puppy mill” of places, and don’t care about renters.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees! They were THE BEST company to work with from research to booking, to planning, to our arrival. Our concierge, Jamie, was always there to help us and go above and beyond for our stay. We hope to be back in Kauai very soon to stay with this company, again!

Parrish Kauai was a dream to stay with. They are very organized and they provide an app that answers most of the questions you might have during your stay. We stayed at the Pili Mi which is a bit inland next to a beautiful golf course. The unit way very nicely appointed with modern furnishings and all the creature comforts of home. The beds we're comfortable, the family room and bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need to cook gourmet food for your family. We'll definitely stay with Parrish Kauai during our next visit to the island.

I rented two, 2 bedroom units recently at Nehi Kai, #521 and #524, near Poipu Beach. The cost was over $500/ night. I was told by Ellen when booking that these units were newly remodeled. I stayed in 524 and the only new thing in the condo was the coffee pot!! Everything else was original equipment (25-30yrs old) . It was a dump!! Bathroom tile grossed us out! We were totally ripped off. I would never use this company when booking a trip. I should have followed my original instinct and used VRBO as we could have stayed for half the cost in a far better place.

I highly recommend The Parrish Collection in Kauai!! I have used them 3 times already and have 1 more rental scheduled with them in the future. One of my first rentals, there was construction going on in the home next door to where we were staying. Parrish had given us a heads up about the construction. Let me preface my review by sharing that my background is in luxury hospitality sales (Ritz-Carlton, Westin). Parrish is an extremely competent company with excellent client service and careful anticipation of needs. We work directly with them and are always impressed with the prompt replies, attention to detail and caring nature of the staff. Their amenities are amazing. For owners who may be looking for property management, five stars for Parrish. We have stayed at different units as guests, and like the special touches we receive at check in.

(be sure to also read my update below) Celebrating 2 birthdays, my husband and I, along with friends of ours, rented 2 separate units through The Parrish Collection Kauai at the Hanalei Bay Resort. The unit our friends rented was perfectly nice ... however, ours # 9305, most definitely WAS NOT. While our unit had probably the best view of Hanalei Bay from this resort, the interior was COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTED in the photos. I sent an email to The Parrish Collection while we were still there - NO response. I've filled out their survey since being home. NO response

The photos don't do this place justice, spacious living room and kitchen with decent size bedrooms and bathrooms. Grounds are beautifully landscaped with a nice pool, tennis court, and easy access to beach. Staff are super friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommended!!

This is our 5th trip to Poipu and we have always been well taken care of. Now being back home and into the daily grind I'm reflecting on how a refrigerator issue and spoiled food was taken care of so quickly and our food reimbursed and without question or hesitation. Pat Finberg was on her game and took great care of us. Refrigerators brake, stuff happens and this was seamless. Thank you Pat, we'll be back!

We rented a bungalow through the Parrish Collection at the club at kukuiula. The club is absolutely beautiful and the staff is amazing. We were always greeted by name and with smiles. When we first arrived to the Bungalow we were given a wonderful tour of the property and were given a gift basket with yummy treats! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The bungalow was cleaned everyday, had beautiful views and felt so private. Since we have been gone all we do is tall about going back!

Torn on how many stars to give - we had a lovely rental that I would give 5 stars to in Ke Kua in Princeville, but 2 stars to the management/financials due to the frustrating security deposit policy and hidden fees.

First, the great. We stayed at Ke Kua 143 in Princeville. Gorgeous two bedroom ground level condo, ocean views, nice open layout. Loved the fully stock kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Perfect place to spend 4 nights with 2 friends exploring the north shore.

We rented a private house for 10 days in September, and are so unhappy with Parrish Collection's customer service.

First, Parrish advertised as having AC, but did not mention that the thermostat is enclosed in a locked box, and that the AC would only run for a few hours per day. There were ceiling fans to "capture the trade winds" during the off hours, but one entire side of the house had no screens on the doors or windows, so opening the house let in those huge Hawaiian insects.
