Call in for an appointment. Place was busy. In/out aprox. 45 min. Carlos was great. Gentleman that did tires was very informative. Highly recommend. Stems,mount,balance 4 tires, 80 bucks. Discount Tires wanted 142 bucks. Really, for 14 inch tires on a 2001 Toyota Corolla. Guess where I'm going to for tires on my truck? They do it all except transmissions.

Had 4 tires put on by these people. They plugged a tire that already had 3 plugs. Obviously it didn't last much longer. They could have told me about it but they didn't mention it.
I felt so bad because it the guy in the back doing the work looked super old and could barely lift the tires on to their machines.
They do have good prices for balancing tires but they don't put the weights on correctly. When I went to discount tire after this they explained to me where the weights are supposed to go. Won't be returning.

Driving back to Texas after visiting family in Tucson we found we needed to quickly replace it before hitting the highway. Discount Tire offered to have one delivered and installed before the end of the day. Called Pro Tire and they said they have the size we need in stock and could have us in and out in a half hour. Drove over and they quickly got to work and had out as promised. Total cost was excellent! Completely recommend.

Antonio and all of the staff have always been polite, honest and friendly. I have been going to his shop for about 5 years now. I have bought two sets of tires off him and take my car in for oil changes/tire rotations and now for brakes. As female with limited car knowledge, I have always felt that Antonio has been honest and upfront about all issues, prices and recommendations. I highly recommend his shop and will continue to go to here first for all car maintenance.

Needed specially rated tires for my 40' Fifth wheel. Called 4 tire shops before I found Pro Tires and they said they could have them the next day at a very good price. Called a few more shops and they had the best price and timely delivery. Called back to set up appointment and a few days later I went in and had my tires changed in just a short time. Highly recommended!

I had my battery replaced in my 2006 Buick Rendezvous within an hour and it cost me $99 for the battery with an 18 month warranty plus $20 for the installation. Another mechanic in town quoted me $140 plus $40 install fee. Antonio and Manny are super nice and honest. Would recommend taking your car here.

Don't waste your time and money trying to get an alignment that mechanic my van was in and out the first visit in 10 minutes and it was still pulling to the right he suggested that I go to Murrells and buy a part which I did and it still came out where it was pulling to the right the same amount the mechanic's name was George I wasted $140 to this day 8 months later it's still pulling to the right. The two and a half Stars is 2 1/2 * too much

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The workers are untrustworthy and I am very dissatisfied at what they attempted to do. I come in to buy a used tire and when they begin to change my tire they try to tell me that a nut was stripped and they would have to break it. I kept telling the person serving me I was gonna take it to a different shop and get a second opinion and he kept pushing me to stay, telling me "oh they'll tell you the same thing they'll have to break it, you can drive with one lug nut missing for the day and you'll just have to go somewhere else and get it

Okay where do I start...about a month ago my husband was in need of a used tire no one in town had his size except this place. We were there for about an hour just to put one used tire on our car. When my husband met the man to get his keys the man that handed over his car said to my husband..."you should keep an eye on this one" weird right? Wellabout a month later the tire started to go flat so we took it to the trusty R&G tire and wheel here in Tucson to see what was wrong with it. The tire had been patched with a plug ! Which was causing the leak. Oh and get this the damn tire

This review is being made for work that WASN'T done. I went in because i thought my tire would need to be replaced. Manny checked it for leaks instead and advised me I did not need to spend the money to replace it. Unheard of! Then he assessed all my other tires and let me know if a factory warranty i was unaware of.great service I'll go again.

Paid $60.00 for nothing, they were suppose to do an alignment but they did zero. They took my car to another place (without me) I waited for 1 hour, got my car back and there was no change done. I told them and they said their work was done with it. I didn't get my money back. Bad service bad business.

These guys are pretty great. I constantly have car problems, so that means a lot of visits to repair and tire shops. My experiences are never good and I always feel leaving like I was cheated. Not here. Antonio and the staff are incredibly friendly and honesty people. I have a second visit coming up and if it's as good as the first time, then I've come and give it a full five star rating.

I am so glad I found Pro tires. After the severe hassle I had with Brake Max this business is supreme. I went into their business and told them my problem. They took care of the tire and balanced everything. They do other automotive care as well and they carry both used and new tires. It took them an hour to fix everything but their staff smiled, were friendly, and no gimmicks for extra sales! Thank you Ricardo and team!
