I recently purchased a brand new Tacoma. I wanted to install a 3 inch rough country kit and I searched around for about a couple of weeks for a place that would install it. Embassy gave me the absolute lowest quote price and I am so happy I decided to go there. My new Tacoma runs as great as stock and it is aligned perfectly. Someone who really loves their truck should definitely go here!

Super slow. I honestly have been going for a couple years because the team is pretty friendly and easy to work with. However, the last 3 times I’ve waited 45 minutes to either put a tire on (it was already ready), or to take the wheel off and show me the puncture. I was the first customer at 8am both times. One of the team members told me they had to get everything set up first so it took that long. They should do that before they open. I could have put the wheel in in 5 minutes.

Seriously debated between a and one star with just how irritated I am and a three-star because it could totally be worse So I'm settling on it two.
We bought some tires here just over a year ago and have had a lot of issues. Granted some of the initial issues did come from us, But their lack of communication just made everything worse.
We literally have to go out of our way to ask them what went wrong with the tires. They won't just offer you this information. They also don't give you any kind of receipt or record of what they did on the follow-ups.

Bought new tires for my Toyota Celica in June. Went to all the big name tire shops. Big-O tires, Jack Ferrier, Discount tire. Went to Embassy Tire. Got the best price for 4 Accelera Eco Plush tires. Embassy Tire beat all quotes. Will definitely be returning for their great service and price. Thank you, Embassy Tire!!!

Honestly I've never paid $15 for a flat repair but I have waited a really long time for a free repair and I'd gladly pay more! Also, paying more but having a good customer service experience on top of good service will keep them in mind next time I need a quick fix. I felt bad not tipping the guy that loaded the tire I actually regret it. I still should have given the state of the economy at the moment but I mean 15 for a repair is a little steep for me... still totally deserving of 5 stars and a good review!

This place is great I bought some wheels and I had a few with out the tires on I came by and the treated me great all the time I was there they Mounted the tires and mounted them on my truck had no issues at all friendly people as well I will def come back and I recommend that you also go here 5 Stars No Doubt

Took my truck to have tires installed. They advertise that they install lift kits on truck so would think this would be an easy task. Was told that I would be charged extra because-they needed to "REMOVE THE SAFETY GUARD" to balance my 35" tires? For a place that advertise the installation of lift kits you would think they would have the proper machines to balance tire. This is a common size tire for a 6" lift. Wouldn't recommend having my vehicle worked in that could endanger personnel.

It's the same one, but now it's a Truck.
Amazing what a decent set of tires can make. After all of my hours of research online and the 5 hours spent with Sam and His Boss learning what would be the best for my car based on Need/Want ( I have always put AT's on my vehicles for the better traction and Safety they provide and I prefer White lettering out). Sam came up with these.
I wanted AT 225/70 R15 even though Honda reccomends a 205. Sam, physically showed me why I can't put 225 on, but I can do 215.
Then with searching, there are only 3 companies

Sam was awesome. They had 2 new front tires on and balanced in probably 10 minutes. I live in Phoenix and was down for the day visiting my mother-in-law with my family. My Son and I were there long enough to sit down and have a couple hand fulls of Goldfish crackers. Great job guys. Thanks again. I'll be back.
