Myself and 3 other customers waited in the lobby to be helped. An individual kept coming in and out of the office without acknowledging any of us. We waited at least 15 min and even went inside the shop area looking for someone to assist. Not once were we asked by the individual that kept going in and out of the front desk what we needed nor to let us know anything. All 4 of us left and followed each other to another tire shop on Grant .

I went to this place with a flat tire for my go kart. They told me to buy a tube and they would put it in. I ordered the tube online, then returned. The guy returned me an inflated tire and told me to put slime in it. Today, several days later, I noticed that the tire was flat. Upon inspection I saw that the tube (including valve stem) was stuffed inside the tire (partially inflated). A superfluous tire stem, a decoy if you will, was plugging the hole in the rim so as to deter inspection of the tire. Not only is this dishonest, but it puts myself and my child at risk.
