I regret moving here every day. This place is too expensive for what they offer.
Maintenance NEVER attends any requests fix things regardless if it is urgent or not. Management is just a big mess.

Absolutely awful; the office staff is completely unhelpful, maintenance requests are often ignored for weeks or even months, and the way parking/towing is handled is seemingly designed to intentionally irritate tenants. This is without a doubt the worst complex I've lived in, and their rates have gone up to the point that they're not even economical anymore. As a whole, the experience is completely unacceptable and I strongly encourage you to try anywhere else.

The worst apartment in Richardson Texas . Very disrespectful staffs . It is my worst experience living in this apartment, so dirty and very untidy…. If you’re looking for good apartment, don’t even consider Lamirada because you will regret it. The security is zero . I had experienced having the catalyst converter removed from my Toyota Prius and the apartment even added to the pains . Some pictures are attached to show you how dirty the surrounding is ( it took them almost 2 months to fix that mess of water coming out from toilet reservoir which was badly smelling) before you consider to

I want Sonia, Manager of La Mirada, to know what a good employee she has in Chris, who started here when CAF Management took over. I was having trouble getting into my resident account. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever encountered! Pleaseeeee do not rent here! The apartment is definitely overpriced first and foremost. You are not allowed to have company after 7 because it’s a guarantee their car will be towed… the maintenance SUCKS! I’ve had to call the city multiple times just for them to come and correct issues. There has been mold in my apartment for awhile now and I’ve called the office countless of times but yet there still hasn’t been anything done about it! I can literally write a book about the problems I’ve experienced living here!! So listen

Do not rent here ever!!! One year and cars towed, had to pay 600.00 twice. Your car is taken to a far away , bad part of town! Rude in office and maintenance man Christian makes appointments, upon his request and never shows up or follow up! It’s like a little racket there but their curb appeal is great. Make sure they show you apartment you rent period!! Fill out your move- in paperwork and be prepared to tell family and friends , they cannot come over !! I could go on and on but enough said, RENTER BEWARE!! Please do not reply with your stamp response, it’s very clear your just going through

I really hate to do this because I was really looking forward to moving to La Mirada. I applied online and received an email that I was approved. There was some confusion with my lease end date with my apartment. I fixed that then turned in my check stubs. Gracie did tell me that the application may have to be reentered by her. She left a voicemail saying I will have to wait 30days(?) to reapply. However there are available apartments. I've called her numerous times but she never called back. I've never heard of an application expiring after two weeks. The application process has just left a nasty
