I have been a resident her since Sept 2020 and I have seen the different people coming and going from the staff, one thing I can say I did have an issue with the new management how they were taken care of things but after you speak to them and understand that they are trying do of just enforcing the rules that were not being done it makes senses. The parking here was the worst until the office staff gave us the right to call the towing company to remove cars that are parked in our assigned space and some of us even pay these spaces. So clearly the people that are talking bad things on here is that

My wife and I moved in here over a month ago and we’ve had an amazing experience so far. I’m very surprised at how many negative reviews there are because we’ve had no issues. The maintenance staff is very responsive. The trash butler is always nice and welcoming. The other tenants are always cordial.
Gisanny works at the front office and has helped in every single way. To be honest we have been high maintenance, yet she always responds and helps as quick as possible.
Also the apartments are set up to be smart home compatible. We have Alexa lock and unlock the doors for us as well as set

They have the worst staff the regional manager it's the worst person I never see in my life she mostly call me lying because I have big problem with my unit I recommend you don't move here you can go to the others complex literally with the same price and finished and with really good human staff, I can only said something good about the maintenance guy I think name is Josè him doing excellent job because it's the only person see around the floors cleaning and doing he work and the new manager Paola or Paula I don't sure she is good person but she can't move with out permissions
