So i heard my friends wanted to move in to this place, and i immediately recommended them not to..
note: I'm an International student, when you're like me. many landlords or management companies will do their best to rip you off and take advantage of you not being aware of how things should be legally and on paper.
i can't stress how terrible my stay was, but when i went overseas one of the roommates just disappeared and the management changed keys (breaking the law), so when i came back 3 weeks after my flight; i thought about replacing the roommates and paying for the whole

This place looks super impressive from the outside and the pool view is amazing but there’s a lot of like really loud people that live in this building and they just let their kids run around and scream all night and the parking is really terrible and it’s like very tight to park your car so it’s pretty expensive to live here so you probably have an expensive vehicle is kind of open air I wouldn’t move into this place if I had a really expensive vehicle so it’s like a bunch of lower middle-class families.

Balconies were boarded up for 2 months (April 21 to June 28). I have been harassed by Mariam Semerjyan on several occasions. She is unnecessarily intrusive with my fiance. I am owed a credit for non-usage.
The other pictures are the parking structure. No one can park because the construction company is so filthy that they have not only destroyed property, but they are in the process of slowly putting the parking back. As of now, half the building is displaced and having to park by permit or by church due to the inconvenience. The building has provided us Uber credits for our inconvenience.

Worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. The administration is just unprepared. They broke the contract by closing the garage and leaving half of the building without parking, having them to park at the street. There’s absolutely no garage or street parking anymore, if you work until late you will not find parking at all and if you park in front of the building they will have your car towed. When you come in to take a tour they will lie to you about the garage, they will promise parking (trust me i fell for that). The whole place is dirty and there’s no rules apparently, just when it comes

While it was descent in the beginning, things started to get a lot worse once the construction had started. It's been over two years since they took off our roofs in the garage and the balcony but haven't touched it since. We're paying for amenities we can't use anymore, and on top of that they had the audacity to increase the rent by $300 instead of giving a credit for inconvenience.

I am about to move out after a year. I enjoyed my stay with Towne at Glendale and would recommend if you are able to afford it. The prices may be a bit high, but it was definitely one of my favorite places to live. I will be relocating to a different city which is why I am moving. Mariam was very pleasant and answered all my questions when I got to get a hold of her. I left emails, but did not hear back. My recommendation would be to go in person when you need to get answers. In regards to Maintenance requests, they answered quickly.

Just moved from out of state, looking for nice affordable living, without compromising quality of life. This apartment complex met my expectations tenfold. Gorgeous, clean pool, newly renovated Fitness area, and yoga room, rec room and movie theater that more could you want?. The apartment itself is beautiful, very modern design, from the kitchen to the living room, I could not be more proud to show my friends the apartment I found. Management is warm, welcoming, responsive, and professional. They really care about their tenants and providing a quality of life that exceeds my expectations. The

When we first moved into this place (back when it was called Verdugo Village) this place WAS magical. We walked down the path, and kids were skipping rope, and there was this deep sense of community here. We felt lucky to be here. And that lasted for about a year. Then they changed to a new management company, and sold to a new owner. And everything changed.
The management went from a can-do mentality to an eff-off mentality. They cut services, drastically raised the rents, reduced hours at the pool, stopped signing for packages up front, stopped taking credit cards (later they added this option

The units are nice and cozy however there is no peace in the building. There are loud kids till late night hours yelling and playing in quiet areas and ignoring the fact that some neighbors need peace and quiet. The kids' parents lack class and education, therefore smoke next to their kids in the smocking area and encourage their kids to keep playing and being loud.
I have been living here for over a year and it has been an ongoing issue with the management. Management has made numerous attempts to notify all parents of restricted play areas however tenants are not cooperative. There are

This is one of the best places that I ever lived. This is a family place. Everything is close to the village. It's clean, organize and elegant place. Marian and the staff are excellent and workout anything on time. I gave them 4 stars because of the price. But while is a little expensive it is worthwhile for all the amenities and features on site. I highly recommend this place.

I'm very happy to be resident of Verdugo Village past 3 month. This is an amazing apartment with an amazing view! The rent look a little high, but you get what you pay for. The place is kept very clean, and they have staff on weekends to help keep the pools, grills, hallways, and other public area clean. The pools make you feel like you're at a resort, except there's are no bars or tiki torches. I can not say enough about manager Mariam and how professional and friendly she was throughout the process and after i moved. Loved this place!

Lovely apartment complex, great community and most importantly efficient and courteous management team. Special thank you to Ms. Mariam Semerjyan, the manager of this building, that address her tenants' issues in an utmost professional and timely manner, and makes all of the tenants feel as if we are all part of a big community!

I have to say it's the worst place to ever live... The management when we first moved in was amazing then it changed half way through living there to a company called David N Shoultz... They raised the rent almost $200 within months of becoming new management... They never fixed anything when we needed it fixed and all the amenities were old and trashy... Nothing in the pictures are what it looks like... Don't be fooled... I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy... They also screwed us on our deposit... Charges for things we left spotless... Don't feed these people

Good at the beginning- Hell at the end!!!..Verdugo Village is like the beautiful girlfriend you fall in love first sight but after while you realize she is a crazy , psychotic – indifferent – apathetic - insane person and you want to RUN away.
My advice to you: DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY.. The management at Verdugo Village does not have any power to make any decisions..The management in San Diego (Sunrise Management) does not respond to any complaints, recommendations or concerns..
They put a "make-up" cleaning to your apartment as soon as your first move in.. Wait a couple of weeks and

Can I give less than a 1 star??? Yes, this place looks beautiful on the outside and whattt? Affordable too? This had me sold. Not long after moving in did I realize this place really is an undercover dump. Not to mention the manager Angelique is an extremely rude, unprofessional woman. After being told several times about problems she is extremely slow on fixing anything in my personal experience, and once when I was in the office personally putting in a complaint because online wasn't doing anything a neighbor came in with a jar full of termites! EW!! She had said if Angelique wasn't
