Unfortunately decent low income housing is a litter harder to afford than I'd like... But besides that, this place is amazing. I was able to move my family into a beautiful, safe, and fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment for a very reasonable price. The staff has been kind, professional, and responsive, and the grounds always look great as well. The complex is between Graham and South Hill, so it is super close to everything!

I would invite my friends or family to move here. It had been such a good experience and the Landlord Michael Boss is excellent he is professional at all times. All my work orders are done in a timely manner and that says alot because past places I have rented from dont answer there emails for work orders. Also he keeps the grounds clean and makes this a safe place to live for my family.

I am so grateful to have been able to get accepted into my apartment. I was on a waiting list for a while but it was well worth it. The price I paid for rent here is unheard of it is so much higher most other places. I love my three bedroom two bathroom apartment. Management and maintenance have always been very professional when working with me and always addresses my concerns and work orders in a very timely manner. The landscape is beautiful and it is kept Up not to mention the lavender it smells so good.
