The apartments look nice but are built cheap so many problems problems with my unit and the floors are hallow you can hear every footstep through the entire buildings even the ones bellow and above you. The rules are super strict and they have cameras every where watching you and monitoring your speed you can’t smoke or vape anywhere on the property or even dog sit someone else’s dogs or they will threaten you with eviction and most of the property managers are rude and will not work with you on an issue

If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible management. My neighbors car was stolen. They told him they would review footage and get back to him. Later when he reached out to them for an update, they stated that they don't have the time and he needs to call the police. She told him she was going to end the conversation after lying to him that they would do it. What's the point of cameras and a gate if they do not do anything? I am leaving here as soon as my lease is up. Do not recommend to anyone!! There is absolutely no parking available. Walls are so thin I can here my neighbor

Really nice apartments, they are more expensive but with previous rentals being the same price and horrendously out dated / messy, this place is absolutely worth it. Property management is also very responsive to requests/assistance. We love it here and hope to stay a few years until we are home owners!

I've been here now for two years before the first phase of the apartment complex was completed. I've got a view of Mt Rainier which is a huge improvement from my last place. The apartment is decent with good amenities. LED light fixtures and efficient appliances help keep the power bill down. My concerns consist of the following:
1) Vehicle noise. While not in the control of the property manager, so many of the vehicles (pickups and cars) here have modified exhaust systems. Because of whatever performance tweaks made, some of these noisy cars crank up way early in the morning and run

Looks good from the outside but really not worth it. Thin walls cheaply built. Horrible parking and overall overpriced for the weak amenities which were unable to use at all for our entire time there. We relocated from LA and found Glacier Run on Google. I looked at the Google map images and called for more details. I informed the leasing associate that we had an infant and I worked from home and would require a top floor quiet unit. I asked about the area and if it was baby/ dog friendly. They said all the right things so me and my wife sent off around $3000 in deposits rent and fees and made

Worst apartments I've ever lived in. Mainly due to the management. It's overpriced. The quality of the apartments are actually really cheap. You can hear your neighbor snoring. The first few months management was constantly harassing about "noise complaints". It was the worst experience. I was so excited to move into these apartments too. Now it looks too crowded, never any parking space for guests because it's always packed.
Really just terrible.

Beautiful property, beautiful homes and even better, fantastic leasing agents. Lisha and Drew were so incredibly kind and helpful. They did not have a ground floor 3 bedroom but mark my words, I will be keeping an eye out because as SOON as they do, I will be signing a lease here! I am coming from a house which is a HUGE change but the amenities and ladies at the front desk more than make up for the difference in size. The only thing I am unhappy about is not being able to move in now!

This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. My husband is former military so we’ve lived in many different apartments. First off, the staff is incredible! They are super friendly and super responsive. We’ve had a couple maintenance things come up (nothing serious) and maintenance was here within a few hours checking/fixing the issues. They really care about their residents and go over and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. They enforce their policies and rules which is refreshing since many apartment complexes don’t. The grounds are nicely kept and the amenities

I loved my stay at Glacier Run. The apartment was beautiful but the team working made all the difference! Very responsive with any issue and always so friendly. I have nothing negative to say about them. My apartment was excellent, the only note I may have had was the issue with the water pressure not being too good. Overall, for my first experience renting in the states I am so happy to have gotten to experience such a great management team 😊
