Mallory is the most unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate person I’ve ever met. I’m appalled at the fact she is the manager. She has hung up the phone on me, also today she threatened that she is taking my parking pass away at the end of this week if I don’t use my garage. (I use it, I just don’t park in it currently because we just moved and my husband is deployed. I have 2 young children and I Haven’t been able to clear it enough to fit my car.) It states in the lease we are allotted ONE pass, which now she is taking from me. Also the valet garbage service is controlled by her, she told

They charged my husband and I 1,300 dollars to move out, all extra fees. They even charges us for a screen door that was never installed. The manager and her assistant had the audacity to tell my husband he should have mentioned it in the check off list we received at the beginning of our list… The first month we moved there I reported the flooring in one of the bathrooms needed to be fixed and they never fixed it. That was in 2019 and I moved out last month. Their valet trash service is unreliable and people pile trash on their front doors and it may spend 3 days sitting out. Terrible management

We lived at The Graham Outlook for 3+ years.
The maintenance staff gets a A++++
The landscaping crew comes every Monday to maintain the grounds
A+ for having Amazon package lockers in the clubhouse
A+ for the dog poo pickup enforcement
A+ management tried out a monthly resident activity program. (Volunteers are crucial. Residents wanted to participate but didn't want to help out)
A+ for installing security cameras around the complex
A+ The mail lady is super awesome! I was able to hand off our outgoing packages.
Cons:
*Parking has issues : there is not enough spaces & some residents don

Paid on time monthly for 2.5 years through an eviction moratorium & pandemic, no complaints held against us as tenants. How does the move out process go? $1300 in move-out charges, charged for things that never existed in the unit (porch screen door that was never there at move in nor was ever supposed to be there to our knowledge but was suddenly charged for because it was missing at move out), charged for cleaning a carpet that was stained at move in and will be torn out anyways to match the laminate in almost all of the other units, threatened to go to collections within 10 days. This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived at where I’ve felt welcomed and had no issues whatsoever, it’s a beautiful quiet neighborhood! Love the management ladies especially Cynthia she’ll make your move in process a breeze! Just love her! Would definitely recommend moving in here. Beautiful apartment units.

I recently moved out of the Outlook, and I'm disappointed with the move out process. I got charged for a missing closet shelf that I didn't move or take. I was told a wooden shelf was missing. The closet they were referring to actually had a wire shelf, and I'm 100% certain it was present when I left. It was mounted weirdly high in the closet, and I'm sure they just didn't go into the closet and look up to see it. They wouldn't let me back in the apartment to see it and wouldn't inspect the apartment again. When someone takes your money for no reason without your permission, it's called stealing

We’ve lived here for almost 5 years and I have no plans to move in the future! The office staff are very personable yet professional (thank you Cynthia). They genuinely care about their residents! The maintenance staff are quick to respond and do a wonderful job! They actually listen to any concerns that you have and are always friendly and eager to get the job done! It’s really like one big family here where everyone looks out for each other!😊
