My family has lived here since they opened and there has always been an issue with being short staffed. I have put in 3 maintenance requests over the past 3 months because my washer is NOT working and I still have yet to hear from anyone in regards to this problem. I understand 1 maintenance guy can not run this whole apartment complex , turn and fix everything however they need to do better. I am paying for this washer and dyer that I can NOT use and have not been able to for the past 3 plus months.

Why aren’t any of you reading the Washington state tenant laws? I’ve read atleast 10 different reviews with very detailed stories that include multiple violations on the apartments end. Look up the tenant law and Take them to court. I’ve done it twice with bigger corporate apartments because they all try to do shady illegal things. It’s super easy to take these people to court. Maybe if more of you took action with these things they are illegally doing, they would stop doing it so much?

I would absolutely not recommend living here at all if i had a choice i wouldn't live here. Cars get broken into pretty regularly. Parents don't watch there kids so the kids get to practically do what ever they want without any consequences. Kids will steal packages and be really disrespectful all the time. Management doesn't do anything about it because they 'can't'. There is always garbage everywhere that flys from the trash cans. Walls are extremely thin. And overall would not recommend living here.

I have been very satisfied living here for the past year. Kathy has always been helpful and easy to work with, I always appreciate seeing her when I stop in for questions or help.
I’ve seen several reviews of residents complaining about notices and how the property management chooses to manage their property here. I think without strict monitoring and enforcements the living conditions wouldn’t be as clean, safe, and enjoyable as they are. If people have such a hard time abiding by regulations set to keep the property nice I simply suggest finding a less maintained property to move in to.

I worked with Rita Rodriguez, Community Director of the apartments, and she helped me with great sincerity. I do not know if I am approved for the apartments yet, but even if I do not approve, I would still give her a 5 star for all her help. She has great communication skills and responded to all my emails very quickly. Great job Rita!

Love this place! My kids and I have a very clean 3 bedroom with lots of room! The office staff is amazing and their grounds keepers are super friendly! Only complaint is small parking spots and people who can't park strait... super irritating. But overall I'm very happy and so are my babies! Thanks south hill by vintage for helping us get out first home together!

I have been living here for almost a year, and it has been amazing! This is my first apartment, so I don't have a lot of renting experience. But the staff has been very helpful and informative. I feel appreciated as a renter. My one bedroom apartment is comfortable with plenty of storage space and well thought out layout. Haven't had any problems with notices, just information about the events the office holds. I will say that there are a lot of kids here and they run wild during the summer. But having kids around makes me feel safer, so I haven't been bothered much. Parking is a little bit of
