Ive been trying to contact ANYONE from the leasing office to calling management an the management number isnt even valid!! Twice now ive made a scheduled tour like it tells you on the voicemail and no one showed up!!

For such a fairly new and spacious apartment to live in, the amount of garbage being piled up to the degree of reaching the parking lots and peoples home is disgusting!!!! There should be a STOP to this and be all CLEANED UP!!!! I don’t understand why management will ever tolerate this especially when having people living there!! This is unacceptable and should never be allowed!! please send help!!! This doesn’t deserve NO stars truthfully

This is what my poor granddaughter gets to live with. You raise her rent and you can't use the money towards a reputable garbage service? This is unsanitary and heaven forbid the rodents that will be infesting these apartments. Guess its time to report you to the state.

I give this place a good rating b/c no place is perfect. I have lived here 2 years. My apartment is lovely and its pretty quiet. The Staff is very busy so I understand the frustrations. Overall the staff is understanding and decent.

There's no customer service these days I called several times no one picked up so I decided to stop by the office. The office lady was talking to a resident outside the door about her water being Brown that she just took a bath up in that has nothing to do with me.. but I can see her frustration,what's the lady was done talking and walked away the office lady just looked at me and closed the door, I'm was checking to see if there's a vacancy then I walked to the door there's a gentleman just staring at me and then his phone rung he looked at his phone and walked away as well, I understand with

The reason they were given a star is because the unit was brand new upon my move in. That being said there was already scratches to the flooring overspray from painting and wood putty in the cabinets. Yes it is low income housing therefore I paid about $500 less a month than most comparable unit cost. I had to pay for a carport because i have 2 cars which i didnt agree with but i didnt have many options after divorce. The dumpster is located next to carports and constantly overflowing. If you need to talk to someone in the office you better email because they dont answer the phone. I hope your

The girls at the office are super efficient and helpful. They make sure you understand the whole process before applying and during your application. This community is pretty, well maintain and quiet, I been a resident for 3 months, no complaints so far.

This is my First Apartment and I’m in love with everything, the staff are the best and very helpful. The park is so helpful when my daughter needs to get out and haven’t been to the pool yet but I’m pretty sure it’s wonderful.. Thank you to the staff at Gateway By Vintage!

This is the best place I've ever lived! The neighborhood is wonderful, people are quiet at night, the office staff is top notch. I love that we are a smoke free community. All good vibes!
