The other manager however has no idea what is going on. We returned our router and tv boxes to Jesse as instructed by sudden link upon moveout and didn’t give it another thought. Now we found out (3 months later) that none of it was returned.
When I called to find out about what was going on and if we could have someone pick up our property, the manager, Jesse, whom I had dropped the electronics off with initially, had no idea what I was talking about and then realized that she lost them somehow. Now we are out $225.

Upon getting ready to move-in I did research check the place out at night very quiet sounded safe and secure but then I talk to the neighbors not one not three but five apparently they offer the free cable but some people just don’t get free cable they’ll string you along and play games never actually gave you cable unfortunately I will let my friends at in a you know that this is not a place any of us would be living Quick suggested management if you offer something give it

Pretty good place EXCEPT for their smoking rules. My family is a non smoker family and we have an infant daughter, so we chose the non smoking apartment buildings. Little did we know that basically means nothing since everyone is still allowed to smoke on their porches in the non smoking buildings. We are constantly having to close our windows and come inside when we just want to enjoy the fresh air on our porch. Seriously, if you're going to have a non smoking building then make it completely smoke free so my family, especially my baby, doesn't get second hand smoke or have to deal with the stench

Country Clib Vista is a pretty great place to live as far as apartments go. The staff is great in that they are kind, welcoming, and always helpful. Maintenance requests have always been taken care of same day for me and the maintenance staff is very friendly. The complex is well taken care of and the people who live here are nice. I get the vibe that they do not let just anyone rent here. If you're looking for an apartment I would absolutely recommend Country Club Vista.

Great place to live and enjoy the apartment complex management upgrading the outside look of the building.
CARES team and community activities is always a plus.
I have wonderful neighbors and I enjoy the security we have here.

I have lived here for over a year. There were a few things that needed updated, and everything was taken care of in a very timely manner. I appreciate all of the hard work of the staff there especially Rabecca the leasing consultant. She is amazing! She has worked so hard with us and for us. She goes out of her way to make sure our experience here is amazing, and makes sure we are happy. When it was time to renew our lease, she did her best to help and accommodate us. The prices are very good for what we have, and having an infant with a washer/dryer in the unit is a definite plus. The staff are

Everything about move in was incredibly easy, the entire process took only a few days and we were moved in within a week of doing the initial paperwork. Rabecca Williams (one of the leasing consultants) was incredibly helpful in helping us get the documents we needed as well as following up in a timely manner with any questions we had. Overall it has been an incredible experience and hasn't caused a single headache. The apartments were clean and in good working order, highly recommend this complex to anyone.

Living here for 2 years was just horrible. What made my families decision to move was how everything was managed at this place. The leasing consultants were very rude to us when we would ask a simple question or something needs to be fixed which took them forever to do. Also when you talk with them they rudely interrupt you and say they will call you right back or get back to you soon because they're busy. Of course that took days for them to do so! The prices for these apartments shouldn't be as high anyways. Everything breaks on you. You can also hear people walking around and talking through
