The housing assistance is terrible I’ve had a blown fuse for weeks and they had yet to replace it, not to mention the pest control is another thing that is terrible, another thing is the amount of pot holes that are in the road that have yet to be filled, overall I wouldn’t recommend living in Palm west apartments.

This place never fix anything, the manager never does her job. They never outside on the property, you see them coming to the office for work and leaving to go home. They don't care about the tenants, refrigerators get hot and all they say is, I'll have them come out. The stove is not working, roaches, and she is not professional and just sitting in the office doing the minimum to keep her job. This property needs assistance for the tenants ASAP. I am thinking of taking this to the mayor of the city of West Palm Beach. If nothing is done. Major appliances that are guaranteed by property with rent

By far the WORST place to move into riviera is 100 times better than this place .... 1. The rent is constantly going up no matter what your lease says 2. They are always changing things even if it part of your lease agreement ( like late fees , when your rent is considered late, ect) no matter how much you clean the apartments always have roaches by far disgusting

I have only been here for a week and already my car window was busted and broken into. i was told there was video surveillance and security guards and have not seen any of that so far. i saw 3 kids trying to break into my apartment with my own eyes. 10 cars were broken into overnight and when authorities were contacted the only suggestion that they could give was for us to move out. this is sad. we as residents should not be paying this high rent to live in a development were it is not safe. I have had someone see me get out of my car at night and tell me they are watching me that is scary! this

Wow...now I'm reluctant to move here. I'm from New York and thinking about relocating but now after reading these reviews I'm scared. I need somebody who currently lives here to put up a review. Most of these posts are from like a year ago....it still caught my attention but from the pics that people posted I'm real hesitant and the negative reviews are from multiple people. Definitely don't want to deal with roaches or mold. I hope this is old news and the apartments are decent and have been updated and maintained. NO STAR RATING IF GOOGLE WOULD ALLOW
I would never recommend anyone move here!!! I was 9 months pregnant when my dryer outlet stopped working. They promised multiple times, that they would fix the problem within a day or two. It took six weeks for them to come out and correct the issue. It took multiple phone calls and 6 weeks of carrying laundry up and down the stairs (mind you, I love on the third floor). The day I went into the hospital to have my child, they finally fixed the dryer.
The office staff is very unprofessional & unorganized. Every negative review on here is correct. Infested with

I would like to know if this person was evicted from Live Oaks........... I am a resident at Live Oaks and I have never had to complain. When I do put a service ticket it gets done immediately. Know I am excited over the million dollar renovation that is in process. I would like to ask if this person was evicted. They did not clean the vents!!

I uploaded some of picture of the apartment I was in.And I have many more It made my kids so sick living there I'm so happy I moved. The only reason people stay there is because its so cheap.
