I feel very comfortable here. Maintenance team follows up with issues in a timely manner and is always respectful when dealing with in house issues. Management is very friendly and informative. The management team always ensures that the residents are kept in the loop and are always present to answer any questions. The community here is extremely calm and welcoming. I would recommend residency here for anyone.

I’ve lived at The Southern for 6 months. I have already decided to renew my lease when it’s time. The property is clean and well groomed. The people are friendly. The management is awesome! They help you out with anything you need in a very timely manner. The rent is priced well. I would recommend their properties to everyone. If you decide to rent here you won’t be disappointed! I feel so at home here. 😁

There could be better communication and better attention to what needs to be done when maintenance is called. There are some members of office personnel that could use some training on how to speak with people. Oh. And more parking would be great. Otherwise, not bad and I love that it’s pet friendly and has a dog park!

It was great until staff mentioned a lot of false information, tried to sue me, and never followed up. Ive had a loose sink since I’ve got here. They took my grill (that Katie said we could use discreetly). The worst customer service. Katie is sweet but lies too much for not reason. Kelly is extremely rude, forgetful, and snobby I don’t understand how she’s the manager. Don’t move here

I moved in at the end of February and currently can not wait to move!!! First from day 2 of me living here I have several emails, phone conversations and messages regarding the upstairs neighbors being completely out of control with the noise beyond quiet hours. I’ve filed two police reports and on my way to file a breach of peace in the morning. They repeatedly stated they have contacted the neighbors but every single night since I’ve moved here it’s the same nuisance. The breezeways are completely trashed , the grounds are not kept up. There was so much trash next to the cars in the parking

Me and my husband moved in two years ago and were weary about such a small apartment complex. The first few months were rough (AC breaking, water heater catching on fire, lights shorting out) in the first month, but the management at the time called me shortly after the fire to check on everything and make sure that we were okay. Yes office staff has overturned quite a few times in the two years we have stayed here, but the staff that is in the office right now is nothing short of amazing. Every time I have a question or anything going on Jamiya, Angie, or the maintenance team quickly let me know

We moved in 3 months ago, and they're false advertising bad. They said it luxury living and and great place to raise a family. There so many problems with our apartment and especially the spiders! We keep finding them in bed with us!! And the office said they can't spray for spiders... what a joke. And maintenance has to constantly come back to fix the same thing over And over again after they said it was fixed the first time.... And the neighbors are the worst. The first night we moved in the neighbors were having a huge party with loud music till 4am, they were in the breezeway by our door all
