Unprofessional and unorganized, when signing your lease they’ll give you another apartment you didn’t sign for afterwards and they just “can’t do anything to help” so be careful I’d say just don’t look here at all save your time and MONEY. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors like you live with them and hear cars start up in the morning like you're right outside. These people have taken far more them a month to complete 1-2 day tasks

Be careful before paid the application fee. We have submitted the application and they did not mention anything about their requirements in term of the income. After we paid the application fee , they said the income must be three times the rent and the fee is non refundable. Be careful before wasting your money.

Top 10 Reasons Not to Move Here
1. Deposit is off the roof expensive
2. No walk through before moving in the apartment (if we were allowed to walk through the apartment we would not have signed a 12-month lease)
3. The apartments are very old with lack of effort touch-ups and covered ups (they spray painted over water damage marks)
4. No thorough work (if they decide to fix something broken in your apartment. it's fixed to the bare minimum)
5. Rent is expensive that does NOT compensate the extremely poor quality of the apartment.
6. Maintenance crews are unresponsive (The roof was leaking

Please do not move out here. My husband and I lived in this horrible apartment for one whole year. The day that we got our keys everything in the apartment was broken. They promised that they would fix everything. Some stuff got fixed but a lot of stuff remain broken until the day we moved out.
I dislike the front office attitude. They are very short with you when you have a conversation with them or try to hold them accountable. Moving to another apartment is not the answer. Be aware that if you move to another apartment building they try to make you sign another 12-month lease. Only to move

My granddaughter is a student and lives there. She loves it and I love that fact that she is close to us about 10 minutes. She's close to grocery store, the mall and dining options because school. I do feel its a safe community. It's very well maintained and clean. We looked at several places this year and drove by at night and this was the only one we found with no one hanging out. Having her in her 1st apartment was a big deal and knowing that the staff there made sure everything was done before she moved in was very nice. There was a problem once she moved in with a/c not cooling but maintenance
