Services
Half of the total for your rental is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover and check by phone. The balance is automatically charged 14 days prior to your arrival. Personal checks are acceptable for the final half if received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Credit card, cashier's checks or travelers checks are acceptable after this period.
CB Sales & Rentals at Smith Mountain Lake can help you with arranging every part of your vacation. If you need any assistance, just give us a call at 540-297-7000. All of our rental units are privately owned and are furnished to the owner's personal preference. Renters need to bring their own fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, towels and washcloths or you may rent them through one of the services below.
Bridgewater Marina, State Park Location: Located by bouy R19 conveniently located right on the beach in the Smith Mountain Lake State Park and features some of the most beautiful scenary on the lake. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day Weekend-7 days a week 10 am to 6pm. Bridgewater Marina, Bernard's Landing Location: Bernard's Boat Rental will help you make the most of your cruising adventure.
For the fishing enthusiast, whether you are a live bait fisherman or an artificial bait fisherman, Smith Mountain Lake offers plenty of fishing for all seasons. Stop in to one of our local tackle stores to hear stories about the "BIG ONES" that got away, or for tips on what the fish are biting. Smith Mountain Lake is known for some good size striper, large /small mouth bass, and cat fish.

I truly dislike writing bad reviews but this encounter should be brought to light for the next customers.
I attempted to make an online booking on Friday morning 8/17/20. Upon hitting the submit, a pop up came up and read "problem processing your booking please call ***.***.****" (or something close to that) I called within minutes and was sent to VM. I left a message and an hour+/- later I called again to avoid losing the house for the rental week, someone did answer this time and I explained the issue. I was told to send an email (which I did promptly) and was told, "when we get back to the

I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. My in laws booked a house through a different agency and arrived to find they had no power or running water, and no handicapped access. I called CB Rentals in a panic, desperate because my 91 YO grandmother could not stay in the house. Not only did Jessica find us a house, it was WAY better than the house through the other agency and was ready within 13 hours of my call.

CB Sales & Rentals, Inc were fabulous to deal with as we rented three houses, Family Funtastic, Best of Times and Double Trouble, for a family reunion at Smith Mountain Lake. Jessica and Shannon were most helpful and very responsive. This is our second year renting houses through this company and I highly recommend them. We will rent again!

CB rentals has friendly staff and was easy to work with. They were very accommodating to my families needs. The house was super clean along with more than enough space. We had a great view of the lake from almost anywhere in the house. The dock was very spacious. Would recommend CBRentals for any rental needs you may have

We have been renting a house thru CB Sales & Rentals for 3 1/2 years. The experienced staff has been great. Although there have been very few times we needed assistance, our concerns were always addressed quickly and professionally. My dad rented a townhouse on the lake for a family get together and it was an amazing. Jessica & Shannon are awesome.

Pat and Jessica Bailey and the staff at CB Rentals have made our visits there a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable experience.
