Engage in a super sexy warm up then learn an extra naughty pole dance with sexy walks, sensual rolls, tantalizing transitions and fiery floor work! You will also learn Pole Dance Fitness which includes climbing, spins and transitional dance. A combination of transitional dance, climbs and spins will be taught to create simple and sensual routines.

I've found my new dance home. I love the personality of the instructors. Even in the classes that I struggle with like twerk 😅, I have a fantastic time and sweat doing it. The flexibility of scheduling is awesome. After one workshop and pole class, I signed up for the membership and it has been 100% worth it.

Had the best time of my life at GirlFit Workout Studio. I had a small twerk party for my birthday. Our instructor was so down to earth and fun. She had so much patience with us and ensure we got every dance move. Ms. Monica was so nice and friendly. I received outstanding customer service from her and the staff. No one interrupted our dance session. Will be back very soon for the pole dancing classes.

So I was torn between Girlfit and Divas & Doll Studio for pole classes. End result was Girlfit is so much better. I’ve only done level 1 pole classes but even with me taking the same class over and over I feel like I actually learn something new each time I go. The instructors are awesome and very helpful. I went to the other studio and the teacher didn’t even introduce herself took me about 10 min to figure out who the teacher was ... there was no structure. So whenever this furlough is over I’ll definitely be getting my pole membership at GirlFit!!!!!

I first visited the Girls fit studio for a pole dancing class which was great. I communicated with Monica who is very pleasant & sweet. I booked the larger venue for my mom's bday party. The location, parking & space is greattt. We had a ball. Very reasonable price & great service. Will be booking again!
