Bob holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with an emphasis on Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. He is a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), holds a Level II Fitness Certification through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and a Level I Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) Practitioner through the Stretch to Win Institute.

I asked around for the best place to work with a personal trainer and Poston's Fitness is the place most recommended to me. Started a year ago taking classes and now it's my routine! I really enjoy peddle pump, barre/releve',trx & yoga. The instructors Lisa(who keeps me honest and has passion in her classes) Mary has knowledge and experience with yoga I enjoy. They all keep me active! Bob &Theresa Posten are always around to answer questions. Thx
