A friend booked an appointment for me here. I had never been in before so I was a little anxious because I wanted help with color/ highlights. Right when I walked in I was cheerfully greeted, the salon was clean & fresh. Nelly did my hair and she was awesome. She listened, made me feel at ease, did a wonderful job and was just very sweet person. She really was fair with pricing and I appreciate that. Would absolutely recommend and will return. Roxana is totally in her element and loves what she does. You can really feel her presence when she’s working with you. Her daughter Michaela is also very talented and patient. Together they are an unbeatable team and totally embody the spirit of aloha. I would not go anywhere else on Maui to get my hair cut or cleaned or undreaded (like I did) and I recommend you do the same. You will be happy with the good vibes and work that they do!

Great conversations with the staff, very professional, and above the rest with suggestions for a new cut. I recommend this place to anyone needing a cut on island who is nervous about "the new". Roxannas was the first place my son and I got a haircut on Maui. We walked in and we're seen right away. Roxanna and her staff were absolutely perfect. Facility, location and tools perfectly clean and comfy. She cut my hair better than how I could have asked for, and trimmed my eyebrows without me even asking. This is something I have asked countless barbers and stylists to do but they refused. She just did it! In one simple pass like magic ending years of obnoxious eye brow discomfort. The price was absolutely affordable. No upselling or pressure of any kind. Her male stylist did a perfect job

I was a little scared to get a haircut away from home, but I decided I would give this place a chance. Wow, am I happy I did! They had a super friendly staff, a clean facility, and I got a great haircut! If I find myself in need of a haircut when I'm in Maui again, I will definitely be stopping here.

I am the kind of customer hair professionals hate. I make an appointment then say, "Do whatever you want" and give them a price point. My appointment was with Jessica, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She was awesome and did a fantastic job. My favorite cut and color ever!

I have been gone for a while from the islands and never got a good haircut. On my first day back...made an appointment with Roxana and voila!!! Perfect haircut. I'm glad to be back and very happy that Roxana is still in business. Great place...super happy people...awesome service!!!
