I am going to miss this place so much!!!!! Am planning to move somewhere else by the end of August. But, I want to express my all good experience living here. I would start with the office team. They're all really nice, cool, friendly, professional. Tanya, indian guy and all others are awesome.
Great location pretty close to everything that you want, RTC walk by, Building was very clean , no worries for parking. So far I had best experience in this apartment. I really appreciate it 5 star !!
Thank you

Pros:
-cheaper rent
-decently remodeled compared to other places in similar price range in the area
- Decently safe area
-Parking is usually available
Cons:
- Cigarette smell / food smell from other units
- Poorly insulated
- Poor sound proofing
- Poor communication with management/ office (hard to get ahold of at times, don’t follow up with you, rush you off the phone. Etc)
- Loud neighbors and there are little to no consequences for not following quiet time rules.
- Shared laundry facilities were removed for construction without any advance notice

I first want to start off by saying God (Jesus) is so great to me. The old crew Micheal Steve and Mikial (and please forgive me because I tore the spelling of your name up ) was and still is AWESOME. I'm GRATEFUL to find an apartment that is affordable and safe. I've always like living in this area and has raised my children not to far from here. I will sum this up by saying, change isn't comfortable or convenient, but is necessary. No matter where you live there will always be challenges. I love where I live and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for affordable living.

When I was apartment hunting in 2015 we were shown the base model that was decorated and spruced up for the general public. We peeped into some open windows and noticed most of them were dingy and a bit run down. I slowly watched this place for a month and found some really suspicious activities in the parking lot. Any where from cars being broken into to drug trades. As a single female I did not feel comfortable around here. 2015 experience.

Worst experience with the management of my LIFE. Tanya is the worst person I have ever dealt with. She is condescending, incompetent, and a liar. When I initially moved in she had said that the rent was x amount, come to find out that a month before my lease ended she had been lying the entire time and over charging me the entire time. She also terminated my lease by saying I was a full time student when the school I attend VERIFIED that Im a part time student. She was not willing to talk to me and would ignore me. She would hang up on me multiple times because she was “tired of talking” to

Initially it was a very affordable place, especially for the highlands. The place was managed through RHA, but a couple of years later, new management came rolling through and basically kicked out anyone whose income was too high due to it becoming tax credit. So, two incomes combined couldn’t exceed more than about 40k and they bumped the prices. New management (Quantum) was a mess. They were never on the same page. I had to wait for one person to speak to another person to get an answer. Old management was great. Michael and Steve were truly the best!
Aside from that, I moved out during the
