Barre is a full-body toning class full of challenges and modifications while keeping the moves small and impact low. Interval inspired, our strength classes are designed to build muscle and get your blood flowing. It's a full-body workout for all levels. Flowing moves to calm your mind and stretch your body, yoga is the strengthening and lengthening class we all need!

We offer a variety of Cycle classes from a full 45-minute spin class to Cycle Express (30-minutes) and Cycle Combo classes to give you a fun, cardio workout. Any brand suspension training will do here if you are home or join us in-person for a full-body workout. We've designed most of our classes to get your heart rate up, but these cardio inspired workouts will definitely bring the heat!

H2L Studio, LLC., was formed in Mechanicsburg, PA when the founders had trouble finding somewhere in the Harrisburg area that they could learn and grow their holistic interests. This studio wasn't built for us though, it was built for you, the community! We want you to feel at home here. H2L Studio has one goal, which is helping you reach your own goal to create a healthy and holistic lifestyle.
Interested in working one on one with one of our instructors and getting a custom workout? Have a group of coworkers, friends, or family that you want to workout with? These training classes are a great option to get more one on one attention from an instructor for you and your friends! All of these training classes will provide you with a custom workout designed by our instructors.
Is there a monthly membership fee? Nope, right now we only offer class packs of 1, 5 or 10. The more classes you buy, the more discount they become. This is great for those with busy lives, use the classes whenever you can fit it into your schedule. Packs expire 3 or 6 months after purchases for 5 and 10 packs.
What should I wear/bring? You must have solid-sole sneakers or cycling shoes [Double Link with SPD and Triple Link Compatible]. Try to take layers off BEFORE class starts - you will get sweaty and tired and it's easier to take your long-sleeve off before the ride starts. We like to think or seats are comfy [after 2-3 rides], but bike shorts can help - no loose shorts/pants!
What is TRX? TRX is a suspension training system that uses two straps in an effective way to build muscle. These classes will strengthen your body while adding some cardio and flexibility work. Everything is powered by your core, so it's truly a full-body workout. Can I use my package? Yes! All of our Group Class packages can be used for TRX, Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barefoot, Tabatas, Core Express, Cycling, and any Cycling + Combo class!

It has been awesome to witness the wellness community H2L has a built through their class offerings and positive instruction. There is a variety of class options (spin, barre, yoga, kids yoga, and more) to meet everyone's needs with lots of modifications for different levels. I love knowing I can easily book on the MindBody app. The instructors are always motivating and encouraging. I highly recommend trying it out if you were thinking about it.

I have been attending classes at H2l for about 3 years now. This is a great place. The instructors are excellent! The classes are fun and motivating and they have many to choose from. The vibe is very inclusive and positive. I highly recommend!

H2L is so much more than a gym! It's a family a friendship, a community that will honor you as you and teach you how to do that for yourself. No matter how many times I start and stop attending classes, I'm remembered. My husband is a regular attendee. He's encouraged & pushed (gently) to be better than his best self. He loves coming home to tell me about his victories on the bike or in TRX class, but he always shares a story or two of the community that has cared for him for 2 years. The team at H2L is in our hearts forever!

Whether you are just starting out like me, or are a seasoned pro, this studio has a variety of classes that are not only fun, but will help you achieve a healthier life style. The schedule of classes which range from 5 am to 7 pm include Barre, Yoga, Cycling, Tabatas, TRX, and other various types of strength training. I love being an H2L client! I've had the opportunity to take cycling, barre, tabatas, barefoot, TRX & yoga at the studio and I've enjoyed each class! A few of my current favorite classes include Friday Tabatas with Myka, Sunday barre with Adrienne, and Tuesday barre with Monica.
I've been coming to H2L since 2017 and have been thankful for this great studio. The instructors are all fabulous and the studio is clean, bright, and well-organized. I'm glad to be part of the H2L family!

I have never been to a studio where the instructors care as much as they do here! H2L is a boutique style studio where all different age groups and fitness levels can come together and work to accomplish their own goals. There is such a supportive atmosphere not only for the clients but for the instructors as well. You truly get everything you need all in one place. The best cycling classes in the area! Instructor Cami will push you every class and you'll achieve goals you never thought you could in her classes! The 45 minute class flies by your having so much fun! Music selection is always changing and good. The studio is very clean and the staff is very welcoming!

H2L is by far the best studio in the area. The amount and variety of classes make it easy to find something you enjoy and that will challenge you. The instructors are amazing and truly care about the people in their classes. An example of this is when an instructor took some of her own time to look up some stretches for me to try and help with a sore muscle. I can’t imagine going anywhere else, always an awesome workout!

I’ve been going to H2L Studio for almost two years now, and I absolutely love it! H2L has introduced me to so many different types of classes like barre, cycling, TRX, yoga, etc. And the instructors are unparalleled! Each instructor is not only knowledgeable, but so welcoming and encouraging. The instructors brings their own personalities and unique creativity to each workout, so every class is always fresh and exciting. Nice spin club, good equipment, nice people, good experience overall. The bikes are good quality and have metrics, which I like as a frequent spinner. The only thing they need, other than showers, is for the instructors to use the gear settings and rpm to direct and challenge the class (gear 7-10, 90 rpm target etc). I'll definitely be back for more spins when I'm in S. Central PA/ Harrisburg/ Mechanicsburg.

My first experience at H2L was Awesome! I decided to take a spin class and was very impressed with the comfort of the bikes, the atmosphere, and most of all the people! Devon was my instructor for spin and she guided me through my first class, showing and explaining the bike and making sure I was set up properly. The technology of the class is pretty cool too, keeping track of your progress from start to finish. Your performance is emailed to you after class which is great to use as a guide for reaching personal fitness goals. I'll definitely be back and excited to try other classes as well!

I fell in love with Barre classes while living in Philadelphia and after moving back to the area was so disappointed to find the area lacking such an amazing workout. I found H2L in September of 2015 and was so thrilled to have access to not only Barre classes, but Pilates and Yoga as well and am so thrilled they are also expanding and adding Spinning. H2L is such a clean, bright, and gorgeous studio and pretty soon can be anyone's one stop for every workout! I LOVE my Tuesday and Thursday mornings with Courtney and could not imagine starting those days without her class anymore. Courtney's energy
