Not a property for your little kids. The older ones leave trash everywhere (soda cans, candy, water bottles etc.) As someone else has mentioned there is definitely not enough parking so you can only have one car per apt. There are plenty of vehicles that do not move and should be towed away. We live in an upstairs unit and man it gets way too hot. These window AC units won’t keep the bedroom cool since they are installed in the living room. I can’t imagine what it would be like in a larger apartment. The patio wood is rotting so there is that safety issue. Washer and dryer will heat up your

We have lived here a couple of months and really happy here. The pool is currently open by reservations only and we have really enjoyed the hot summer days with the family at the pool. I appreciate the manager and her follow through as it seems she is the only one in the office at times she always has a smile on her face. The maintenance staff is hardworking and friendly. The large redwoods on the property are beautiful and with my view it doesn’t feel like I am in an apartment when I look out of the window with the surrounding trees.

This apartment was okay, but a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. There was never any parking, and majority of the cars parked in the parking lot had flat tires so they were not going anywhere. There were people constantly working on their 5+ cars in the parking lot, which made sense why there was no parking. Our neighbors next to us smoked weed constantly and the neighbors below us had about 6 people living in it and were always slamming doors from morning to night.

Neighbors complain about everything!!! Only lived here 3 days and already gotten 3 warnings, next one is eviction.on 1 year lease.feel like im being scammed by this place.my last 3 lanlords said I was their best tenant's.Its like living in a prison.I got two parking tickets because they didn't tell me I had a parking spot or where it was and the management straight up lies.

I like the location being so close to everything. I have nice neighbors and I enjoy my apartment. I live here peacefully. I look forward to amenities being open after COVID pandemic, looking forward to the summer to use the pool. I like that my guest don’t have to struggle for parking. CONS, There is construction across from Piner and if you are on the piner side of the complex it’s loud with construction in the morning, luckily they aren’t working on the weekends.

Horrible on site management.
When we moved in 2 years ago the manager was polite and helpful. Current manager is rude and never addresses any issues, we notified them about lights out all around property, huge limbs from the liquid ambers dropping like flies on sidewalks all over property big enough to injure a person, people smoking all over the place (its supposed to be a non-smoking property),trash all over the place and nothing’s ever been done.
Also when we moved in our kitchen was dirty, grease drops forming on the kitchen’s ceiling, broken drawers in the bathroom cabinets, broken toilet

I toured at Park Vue today and was a bit of a wreck. I had my two infants with me and they woke up from a nap hungry and crying and were quite a hand ful. The lady giving me the tour saw my anxiety and stress with my little ones. I interrupted the tour and told her I needed to go to my car to nurse my babies. And asked if we could tour another time. Being frazzled as I was she offered me to sit in the set up apartment and turned up the heat for my babies and let me sit in the privacy of the apartment so that I wouldn’t have to nurse in my car. I was super grateful and appreciated it so much.

New owner came in with a facelift to the property. You know what they say about putting lipstick on a pig, right? If this place is a pig, its the oldest one on the farm, and the lipstick came from a dollar store.

Ariael Simpson was a absolute pleasure to work with. I was confused about the process of moving in, and Ariael was very patient with me, even though I can be somewhat unorganized at times. I love Park Vue, it is a beautiful property which includes a wonderful staff and very friendly neighbors. Spacious apartments with great lighting and amenities to enjoy on the property. Highly recommend Park Vue!
