Very disappointed. When I initially called the Regency to do my research and asking all of the qualification questions, I was assured that my family and I would have no issues acquiring a new place. So we went ahead and went through the application process and was pretty much given hope that we would be approved, only to be let down a month later with no plans to go now!

Interesting interaction with this company's "chat" function on their website. I explained our situation, 2 of us PLUS A SMALL DOG and what would be their availability, rates, etc.? Response I get back is they only allow cats - which is fine, places are entitled to any pet policy they want - but then the person on the other end of the chat said "will that still work for you?". Strange, if I reported we have a dog, and you do not allow dogs, how can that possibly "still work for us"? Not like we dump the dog so we can live in your building for a couple of months? Anyway, not sure what the company

This place is amazing. Staff is attentive, understanding & helpful. Maintenance is always quick & painless. They really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy living here. I almost wish I could buy my unit. Out of everywhere I have lived, Regency Woods feels the most like home. I love that I can walk to the shopping complex for simple grocery trips, and can even walk downtown in 25 mins. It is in a great location. My neighbors are friendly. Absolutely love living here. I recommend it to anyone looking for a townhouse rental in Doylestown.

My husband and I moved to Regency Woods over 2 years ago and enjoy calling our townhouse home. The exterior property is cared for and clean. They recently put new roofs and siding on all the units and the property is consistently tending to the grounds.
This is not your typical apartment living since you'll have and upstairs and downstairs, thus helping with any adjoining residual noise from neighbors. We hardly ever hear our neighbors but sometimes can if our home is quiet. What we will hear daily is when their utilities are running, but that's to be expected. We are in an upgraded unit which

My husband and I have found Regency to be a wonderful and very comfortable community for us and our young baby. Our townhouse is in pristine condition, the staff at Regency is exceptionally friendly and prompt to respond to requests, and the complex has a wonderful pool (plus baby pool) and playground that we use often with our little one. It's also a one-minute walk to the Acme shopping center (including Starbucks, Staples, Rite Aid, etc.) and the Weis shopping center across the street, and a quick walk into the heart of Doylestown. My wife and I have lived at Regency Woods for more than a year and a half, and it has been the worst community experience of our life. They have made our life hell.
After about a month or so of moving into Regency Woods, We experienced numerous acts of vandalism of our property. I documented these experiences and reported them after the very first instance. Regency Woods told me they couldn't do anything to help us because they didn't know who was committing the crime. The acts vandalism continued for more than 6 months, one after another. Finally, I caught the individual

The walls of the apartment are paper thin. Throughout the entire day I can hear my next door neighbors (and their kids) running around their apartment screaming. If they are playing music, I can hear it in every room of my apartment. Additionally, there are a ton of insects crawling around everywhere, despite having the apartment sprayed. In the past weeks I have found 2 SLUGS on my kitchen floor - so disgusting. There are a ton of kids in the complex and I constantly have juice boxes and snack wrappers on my lawn from them littering. Also, the air conditioning is frightening when it jolts on.
